How’s the pay if you don’t mind me asking. Can it be considered a long term career financial wise?

It depends on your lifestyle to be honest. I also depends on where you live. Most DA pay is 12-18 hourly entry. There is always room for growth and raises! Speciality DAs pay more!

Would you say pediatric is easier than any other specialty

For me, yes! The procedure are simplified but you will have more patients in a day vs general!
