Hi Ellie!! I LOVE you and your family.. so happy you decided to do make ahead meals! When freezing the food, especially the meals in the silver foil tins, you should try clear (cling, saran) wrapping the trays so that you ensure a fully sealed top rather than the clear lids.. It'll help prevent freezer Burn and save space in the freezer too! Love!!!!
