anxiety is such a bitch, because it makes you fear the things you love. anxiety makes me not want to study, (finance girlies where you at???) not want you to be happy, not want you to hang out friends. i love how you pull through it and share your progress with us. it is comforting and makes me wanna pull through which i do. and i go on beach walks (best thing ever) because of you!!!! love you steph and thank you for everything you do, for making us feel normal <3

Isn’t it so interesting how anxiety isn’t tied to anything real?? When I’m anxious I can start to spiral and think “I need more friendships”, “maybe my job is the problem”, “I need new hobbies” etc but even when you’re in a good place it can sneak up on you. Anyone with anxiety, you’re not alone!! Keep living life and it will pass. Try not to dwell on anything existential💗

This is literally coming at the best time. I've felt SO much anxiety this past week. I've not been productive at all because of everything and most of all I haven't slept well. Also it's not helping that time of the month just happens to come now. As if it's not the worst time ever.
