Many older elders in a family do that make the tops for the next generation. You are right is the top another quilter will finish those are generally older material and hand stitched.

You sure are going to have your hands full...wait a minute...you already have your hands full...ha ha ha... This was so enjoyable, just to see people out doing normal activities was wonderful. I was drooling over the textiles of course and can't wait to see them better in your haul video's. YAY!!! It's back to the boxes myself, some of which I haven't seen the contents of in six years. I'm purging as I go, and since our Goodwill is back open, my hubby has been hauling the stuff off for me, for which I am eternally grateful! Have a great day!

Hey Jocelyn and Andrew! Love the videos. My mother’s family grew up in Williamstown ( My uncles mowed “ Old Mrs. Fenton “ lawn and my mother dated Tom Fenton in High School) My grandmother had several experimental pieces of Fenton glass. My aunt Pat knows a lot about Fenton glass and history. So if you ever have any questions... she would be a good source. I can’t tell you how much your videos have meant to me in the past 6 months. Thank you

Jocelyn, maybe you guys can hire some temporary workers (maybe in collaboration with a job type program in your area) to have some folks help sort and prep your porducts for listing or prodcution. Like warehouse style? just a thought. Looks like your store getting full. I would be overwhelmed.

Congratulations on your new nephew. I hope your sister is doing well. I also want to say thank you to Walter for packing the Haegar planter I won at auction. It was so well wrapped and the box was marked Fragile. It arrived in perfect condition. I wish I could say the same for another Haeger planter I bought from another seller. It was wrapped in a couple of plastic bags with no packing around it for protection, and it arrived in pieces. The box wasn't even marked "fragile." He did refund my money though, but I don't think I will buy from him again. Thank you for a great tour of the flea market today. I can't wait for all the in boxing videos. God bless you and your family.

The heavier quilt with the hand stitching in the seams, is a more modern quilt possibly the 1960 to 1970's, but yet still in good condition and of a very good value. It was not possible for me to look at the other quilt which was purchased. I have so learned so much about all different vintage and antique items from your UT blog. I watch for them daily. Because of UT, I do not have cable TV any more; I don't really need it.

I'm planning on comlecting them. I haf seen the whole complete set of 8 including all the serving pieces coffee pot ECT... They wanted close to $400.00 last year. I thought that was kinda high so I passed then the next week I went to go ahead to buy them any ways. And it sold. So I think now is a good time to pick up this set or pieces they seem to be going for $$$. I woukd of bid on them cuos for sure even with out the saucers. JS.
