The "Poncho" would make a great table cloth for an outdoor umbrella table

I think that poncho is a picnic tablecloth for a table with an umbrella.

Joselyn, I have been missing you and Andrew. Even though you were still putting out videos from the house and new store, it just wasn't the same as seeing you both hunt and gather lol. I do appreciate that you took the time, every day,to bring us into your home and store. That was great. Your home is beautiful. I can't wait for everything to get back to "normal". This way we can see you and Sue together again. Another thing, please don't feel you need to explain yourself in each video about mask/gloves. There are people out there that will find and make up negativity on everything. They are just looking for attention and to cause a problem. Don't waste your breath on them. You are such a positive person. We don't want anyone to bring you down. I would love to see a clip of the children. It's been a bit since I have seen them, except for in the back of your mom's car. Would be nice to see how much they have grown over these months. Hugs to you and Andrew and keep doing what you're doing. Stay safe and healthy!🙃

Just love the old, vintage linens. The poncho is not a serape. INHO It looks more like a skirt for a Christmas tree or an outdoor patio table. The hole is for the umbrella.

PA is open for Flea markets? My daughter is 19 and she and I live for flea markets. We LOVE the ones in PA! We are in NY and go on vacation every year to PA and we hit up flea markets, antique shops and thrift stores. We miss them so much. We were cleaning out my mom’s house this weekend and came across so many doileys and linens. I have no room for them but will be donating them for others to enjoy/

But Josalyn you were sooo happy to be shopping, like a child in a candy store, and everything for a penny!!!! Yay!!! And we were happy for you 😁💕🐦🐦😺

That studio pottery pitcher was not raku. You can tell because the unglazed clay would have turned black. The black on that pitcher is a glaze and the bottom showed red clay. The red clay would have been back on the bottom but it wasn't.
@CrazyLampLady4 жыл бұрын
For my future reference, raku is glazed on every surface?
@claireanderson91354 жыл бұрын
Raku can have glaze or not have glaze. Any surface area on the pottery that does not have glaze will start to turn black. "Areas with no glaze on them take the oxygen from the clay itself, meaning some areas will have a matte black coloring." The clay on the unglazed bottom of the pitcher was not blackened, so not raku. Also I'm the one who asked about the wheat pottery lamp and my mom mom asked about it a week ago on your local pick-up page and she hasn't gotten any response.
