When I was a kid in the 60's and 70's, swung glass vases were given as prizes at our local fair. I always wondered what they were and why people were carrying around glass at an amusement park. lol!

It has a cat with his fur all spiked out and it says I'm fine, it's fine, we're fine and his eyes are bugged out. When I saw the gold lion you bought I heard a lot of Leo zodiac people hollering I Want That! It will sale fast when posted. Great video sweety, God bless you and beautiful family.

My Mom had a whole set of the emerald green Boopie glasses from the sherbets and up. My future BIL worked at a gas station that gave it away and kept bringing her pieces. Unfortunately, we lost everything in a fire in 1963.

I would love to spend a day in the 'shop' looking at everything! There is so much we viewers miss that end up at one of the booths. It would be fun if they had a contest and the winner gets to spend the day in the shop helping with whatever and then could purchase one or more items. HINT, HINT! 😊

Hi Jocelyn, I don't comment much, if at all, but I wanted to let you know that the reason the creamer is so big is because the sugar is big. Having sugar in the Victorian times and a little later was a sign of prominence and wealth. So, they made the creamer the same size to match. I love watching you, and you have broadened my knowledge of Italian glass and art glass. You and your family are absolutely beautiful! Your energy and drive inspire me every day. Many blessings to you and yours!

I love your videos and Halloween is my favorite holiday! I also give a lot of good stuff to Goodwill, because I am older and am currently downsizing. I have a pale blue handkerchief vase much like the one at about 4 minutes in, though it is milky glass. It will go to Goodwill soon. Nothing I give them has cracks or stains! When I give away things I love but have no more real use for, I photograph them first. That makes it easier to do. 💛

That lion is over the top. In someway it reminds me of lions found in heraldry. In the wee recesses of my mind I sort of remember a lion of a different color in magazines of the late 70s. Let us know about that one Goodwill striped vase with the pale blue lining and the big ice blue bowl. Great video.

Just a FYI, that really tall skinny "vase" you set aside at your shop is called an Eiffel tower holder. It's meant for bridal bouquets arranged in a holder and the handle goes into the Eiffel tower as a display and for other floral arrangements for weddings and events. It's not meant to hold water. They are sold on the wholesale floral network and also Amazon. There's all different sizes. Also it looks as though you missed a small Redwing pottery bowl in the goodwill. It has a single blue stripe around it. I have one and I did research it.
