These guys were a staple in my cassette collection in the early 90s introduced to me by a friend from Germany that was heavy in the skate/punk scene. Though in the original song at the end they say "So take your skateboard and...fuck off!" Wow, even 25 years later I still know the words to their songs, it's great stuff.

Considering punk seems to be nothing except being as stereotypical as possible... this song is still relevant. "Punks" need to start being less afraid of being themselves, instead of a copy of Exploited covers. Especially in Germany kids these days all look the same and think it's all about bondage pants, dyed hair and acting like a drunk.

Yep ,that was Barnstormers on Capel st they played !! a fucking brilliant gig ,they played this song after the singer Lee Hollis spotted a prick in the crowd givin an innocent little fella a few slaps ,in jumps Mr Hollis ,2 or 3 solid punches into mr bullys face and straight into "youre not a punk " ,pure poetry !!!

@adsr76 - Same Tour, Dublin '92...They played a tiny back room venue on Capel Street. My mate and I were the only metal-heads there, surrounded by Punks and I got to sing this song with Lee....Incredible memories of the best gig I will ever be at. If this is your cup of tea, check out Circle Jerks and Ludichrist too...

I haven't heard these guys since I had my hair spiked with a leather jacket on back in 97' I have there Get on the Stage CD set...somewhere. On the CD the lead singer states that its their last performance. hmmm..maybe not.
