Just made these. They're really good, incredibly dense, creamy and rich, I'd say even a little too much. Definitely only for hardcore sweets lovers such as myself (and I couldn't eat more than one piece at a time which happens very rarely haha). I added a tiny bit of coconut oil to the base mix for a nice subtle note of coconut.

catgamer232 I do not remove the cream, no. Can't imagine how much of a hassle that would be. Once you crush the oeros you won't be able to see/taste the cream much anyways.

@@filmychokrirjapurva1141 I put it in the freezer for 3-4 hours first and then store it in the fridge. It gets soft once in the fridge so I would not recommend taking it outside of your home, it would get mushy quick.

I love that you can hear the mixing, stirring, etc thru the music. Making this tonight! Edit: Ok. Made them last night but used half & half instead of heavy cream. I froze 'em for 4 hours and I guess could've used a little longer. It was melting and seemed almost like an ice cream cake. Delicious! After cutting the bars I just put them back in the freezer. Will it set enough to be refrigerated or should they be stored in the freezer???

I just did this, and I added in dark chocolate chips to give it a crunch, and to counterbalance the sweetness. I think that exchanging the cream cheese with mascarpone would eliminate the sour kick typical of the cheescake. I'll try it next time, but all together a very easy and tasty recipe!
