Just made it tonight. Absolutely fantastic! Easy delicious dish. It was extremely popular with my family. My son rarely asks for more of any dinner but he was say “more chicken please, more rice with that sauce on it.”

@Spice N' Pans Just two nights ago I ordered Mongolia chicken at my favorite Chinese restaurant. I never ordered it before. It's a very good restaurant, but the Mongolia chicken was very dry ( I guess it depends on the province ) ; there was no beautiful red sauce. I was very disappointed. Yours looks delicious !! Thank you for the demonstration.

Holy moly. I just made this for dinner. I can't even express how good it is. The only thing different is instead of chili pepper flakes I added Huy Fong chili garlic sauce for heat. Thank you so much for your efforts to put up easy to follow recipes!!!!
