Such a great recipe. Can’t wait to make it. Before your channel I was paying lots of money on meal kits and restaurants. When I started making you recipes that all stopped and my family would always choose to go home and have something you show us over any other option. If I am serving something new and I say it is one of your recipes they all have a big smile. You have never disappointed us.

So glad you told me about not cutting the heat off when close to finishing frying. Keeping the heat up really keeps the oil out and maximizes crispness. I thought I was saving energy, but it ruined the final product. Thanks Roland! Happy Thanksgiving.

Yes room temp cos the pieces r to be fried soon. I think u wont achieve that level of crispiness in an AF.
