Tahu telor has few different version depending on provinces or area in Indonesia. I was born in Surabaya city capital of East Java province and the tahu telor there has “petis” or black and sweet shrimp paste which taste phenomenal. As for penyet, well this is pretty much staple food anywhere in Java and you guys should definitely come to the country and try
