Spicy Fish Curry from Kerala

To all the people who says it's too spicy , never judge a book by it's cover . It's authentic Kerala fish curry . The reason why they used more masala is because coconut milk suppress the masala. And it's little spicy that's how South Indian like .

Tamarind is main ingredient for fish curry in telugu speaking states . That is missed in kerala. Each state has their own style. Nice

the black pieces that he puts in half way through is called Malabar tamarind. It’s what gives the fish curry it’s unique taste. Keralites rarely use sambar tamarind in fish curry.
