Just did this and it tasted great! However I do have a few tips: make sure you are prepared, because the garlic cooks REALLY fast, so slice them in advance. Also start boiling pasta at the start, because it'll cook the longest. Don't forget to add salt and put in less chili, because it was a bit too much for me, but I guess it depends on the spice itself Work fast, because both the garlic and the butter burn fast, or make sure you're cooking on LOW heat.

If you don't use both soy sauce and oyster sauce, it's just as good! This recipe, without these two ingredients, it's actually a very common way to have pasta in Italy. Simply use garlic, chili flakes and parmesan (or any kind of parmesan-like cheese). Fry the garlic in a pan, add the cooked pasta to the pan with a little bit of cooking water. Then add parmesan and chili flakes and cook it little more while stirring. Super fast recipe!

Worchestershire sauce can also bring it's own blend of flavor, if one does not have the above two sauces.

Or better yet, buy a 200ml whipped cream and add it while you are melting the butter, it even makes adding parmesan cheese a bit redundant since it ends up being slightly more dense than using Oyster and Soy sauce.

In Italy we called it "aglio olio e peperoncino" (garlic, EVO oil and chili flakes) because parmesan is not needed. You can add some fresh parsley just before eating 👍🏻

Sounds even better because I can’t even at oyster sauce since I’m allergic to shellfish. If I lived in Italy, I would be so fat. I can’t imagine being surrounded by yummy food all the time 😍

I tried this yesterday, honestly its tasty. Only thing that i didn't like is frying garlic in oil. Other than that noodles is tasty and spicy. I put chilly flakes, chilly powder and pepper powder. Super tasy and spicy. Noodles become dark color instead of brown color in the video. My wife also liked the experiment 😅😂❤
