A vending machine like this would be perfect for college campuses. Most of our food places close early during the week and fully on the weekends (other than the dining hall). These meals would be great to grab when up late studying

if you’re interested vending machine and these kinds of instant food preparation I think there’s a lot of video on youtube that covers the japanese vending/instant food industry. sure its not dancing bacon, but I think you can still enjoy them especially learning abt the safety and health standards for instant food, or how they distribute these packaged meals overnight.

Also because OP said they were interested in the industry behind the machine, in that case there are many in depth documentations of youtube that is mostly produced abt Japanese companies who produces these type of instant meals/vending system.
