Great video! Pono is right down the street. I'll try this one soon. I've been there a few times and haven't had this burger yet.

An incredible burger 😎 It's a shame that I can't get some of the ingredients here in Good Old Germany, but I'll look for alternatives. The ingredients, especially the coleslaw, make you very curious and you can't even imagine how they taste together. But it must be great.👍

Hey Greg, I agree; the assembly is definitely an interesting choice, but it looks like a great burger, and to hear you say one of your favourites that tells me it is a must try! Thanks for this one, Cheers!

I agree with your assembly "adjustment" with the lettuce Greg! Maybe on top AND bottom? - Cheers!

Hi Greg, it's Mike and I trust you and your good lady are well. Yet another unusual yet really worthwhile Burger. The Guava spicy sauce is INSANE !!! As for the Slaw, JUST NEXT LEVEL !!! OK, it's gonna require some prep but no problem thanks to your tremendously good demo Greg. And yes, the lettuce should go underneath as you say. Well, as we all know the best Tequila comes from Guava, so it's gotta be your Burger washed down with a double Tequila !!! Cheers Greg, Mike.

I believe the reason for the odd assembly is to prevent the potato chip from becoming soggy. The burger looks amazing!

There are several different species of white oak. Post oak is but one. I wonder if there are any differences in the smell or flavor of the smoke. Looks good.❤

Hi Greg. I've been watching your great content for a while but never made a request. I grew up in Winnipeg, Canada in the 80's, where I devoured Fat Boy burgers. If you could recreate that, I would appreciate it a lot! Take care.

One question I have Greg,as far as the restaurant goes,is everything made to order,or is there a specific level of doneness they make all their burgers to?

In the slaw you showed cabbage and said onion but it looks like carrots I'm assuming that was a mis speak?

Butter toasted bun and an extra layer of lettuce between the patty and the bun
@Enroth1864 ай бұрын
Instead of protecting the bottom bun, the lettuce protects the potato chips from getting soggy and staying crunchy.

Exactly, that was the conclusion I came up with towards the end of the video. Cheers!
