I made your recipe for tonight's dinner. Wow it's absolutely delicious!!!! I felt like I was somewhere in asia on the beach on a hot sunny Day while eating it :) . It's definitely a great dish to make on grey rainy day like we had today here in France. The problem now is that i couldn't but eat it all and there is none left for dinner tonight When my boyfriend comes back from work..oh well, i guess he doesn't have to know ;). Personally I wouldn't keep it in the fridge for more than 12 hours; this is one of those recipes that it's better enjoyed fresh!

You don't really serve dishes like this salad with anything in particular. Clean flavours go well with pretty much any kind of meal, and I wouldn't mind to have this salad on the table every single day of the week without ever being concerned about how to pair it with another food. I would however eat it at the beginning of the meal, and then move on to the other dishes, but that's just me.
