Well, Chef Jenn, greens are one of my favorite vegetables. Greens were always eaten in our home for the most part. The only thing is that Mama didn’t cook Collard greens that often. She was put off by the giant leaves of them. We usually had Mustards or Turnips, which are our favorites. Sometimes, we would splurge and have some mixed greens. This recipe seems like a good one for making these greens. I love onions in greens, and a turkey leg is a very good seasoning tip to add. Adding that hot sauce is a good idea because it gives the greens a nice little kick, which I enjoy. I agree with you about the pot liquor. It should always be on point. Your finished product looked like you did a good job in properly preparing those greens. Cooked to the right consistency. Good job! BTW- the joke was funny, of course. I got it! Well Jenn, you have tackled a food that many people, like myself, enjoy. You did it with ease. You made it look so simple to conclude with an enticing dish. Wonderful! Peace.

Thanks, Cuz'n. I tried to replicate a recipe from a restaurant I love. An employee told me hot sauce. Mine was good, but the restaurant put their foot in theirs. I'm thinking about getting a job there fir 1 week to get the recipe 👊🏽😅😅. Thanks for watching and your honest reviews of my videos like. Much love, Jen XOXO 😘 God bless 🙏🏽
