Spicy Thai Basil Fried Rice

Made to your recipe this evening. I grow Thai Basil in my kitchen bay window. The dinner was very good, but a bit salty for me. I'm halving the Oyster sauce and Fish Sauce and think that may be enough. I have to keep my cardiologist happy. I also added some peanuts...I like peanuts in my fried rice but often substitute bamboo shoots. I'll share your recipe with my Daughter -in-law and your web site. Regret to say I forgot the egg but I have leftovers and won't forget. It's a nice touch. Thanks for the video.

So nice... Pad Krapow Gai with a fried egg on top, was my go to street food when I lived in Bangkok... absolutely yummy... I see Asda apparently stocks Thai Basil now... any other Basil just doesn't cut it...
