Plot hole in Spider-Man NWH, where's Mysterio? I know he died in FFH, but so did Green Goblin in the original Spider-Man, Doc Ock in Spider-Man 2 and Electro in TASM2. The major reason they were brought into the MCU was because of the fact that they all know Spider-Man's true identity. So although Mysterio died, this logic states that he should've been the sixth member of the Sinister Six in NWH.

If you didn't see a dead body (which we didn't), it's probably safe to assume he's not really dead. We saw Mysterio get shot and the glasses said that he died but they never showed what happened to the body afterwards so I think it's intentionally been left ambiguous so that they can bring him back at a later stage if they want. NWH takes place immediately after the events of the second movie so he could've been absent the whole time due to his injuries. They also never state that all of the enemies in NWH are the Sinister Six because Sony wants to do that storyline, which is why they keep releasing all these lame movies.

I would feel a lot better about this if Spider-Man wasn't in Doomsday. If he wasn't in Doomsday, then Spider-Man 4 could do whatever it wanted. It could start out street level and then thrust him into multiverse shenanigans and I'd be fine with it. But whatever Doomsday does to the world will force Sony to paint him into this corner. Marvel won't release an Avengers movie without him and Sony won't budge on releasing this when they do. I guess they could make Spidey 4 a prequel but that doesn't make much sense and would confuse the audience.

I personally don’t mind the Knull/multiverse story but it sounds more like a conclusion to the trilogy and not the beginning. Do a kind of mini spiderman MCU with Tom’s first 2 films being grounded and starting his symbiote arc. Then sprinkle in SM4 and TASM3, and then it can all culminate in this Knull multiverse ending. But if they start with that, where are they going to go from there? Knull is the symbiote endgame so there’s nothing else to do. Hopefully it’s not a full trilogy of multiverse Knull movies.

Honestly none of the rumors have been appealing to me. The only one close would have to be Kingpin hiring scorpion to kill Spiderman but even then, I feel that should be saved for spiderman 5. personally I think spiderman 4 should be strictly about spider man. How he deals with him being forgotten as peter parker, and his ultimate decision of rather or not he should reconnect with Ned and Mj. Establish Tom's spider man as truly an independent superhero in the 4th film. Spiderman can do something in the 4th film that grabs the attention of Kingpin so that in the 5th film, Kingpin will send scorpion after him. The 5th film is a spiderman versus scorpion tho and Peter won't know it was Fisk's doing until the end. at the credits they can tease a spiderman and daredevil team-up. By the 6th film Black Cat should be an established character, being introduced in either the 4th or 5th film and can act as a possible love interest and/or way of spiderman gathering intel on Kingpins hideouts, plans, and stuff like that. In the 6th film THATS, when they could go the spider man and daredevil team-up route and they can put him behind bars for or him to escape and hopefully if Tom, Sony, and Marvel are up for it. Give Tom a 7th film where he wears the black suit and goes berserk on Kingpin as Kingpin would get revenge on spider man by killing someone close to him like in the spider man comic that went over the aftermath of the first Civil War. Sorry the the mouth full but this is my personal opinion of what should happen. What do yall think should happen?

Marvel don't actually need to do full movies or whole tv series, nothing is stopping them doing one off little things sort of like the special presentations but a little shorter. I think this could work well for Spiderman like showing him stopping a low level street crime and they could film this along side the movie for scheduling and what not but have it be completely stand alone, be it's own story and not the into anything. This would allow fans to see more of the friendly neighbourhood side before the movie so that they can pivot into the bigger multiverse stuff earlier in the movie. Also they could release it a few months before to really get the hype going and bring in a few extra bucks

This movie sounds awful. It’s repetitive and seems as soulless as the Michael Bay Transformers movies. Marvel could have made Sony billions if they just did the street level Endgame. This seems more like a punishment than an actual reward for keeping Spider-Man in the MCU. Marvel isn’t even allowed to use any of Spider-Man’s iconic villains. At least any of the ones that they want. If this is the case, No Way Home should have been the end of Tom Holland’s time as Spider-Man. In all honesty this would be a waste of a Spider-Man movie and I do not trust Sony to give us a good movie in Venom The Last Dance. Those movies suck as a whole so why would I be excited about seeing characters from that universe interact with Spider-Man? I need to get some air. I can’t with this shit.

I might be motivated to skip this movie altogether. Until Sony agrees to let Marvel come up with the story for each of these movies, I am done with Live action Spider-Man.
