So originally there was supposed to be a scene where the spot visits this, i guess bar. in this bar are all of Spiderman's villains who ridicule the spot, calling him one of the villains of the week and the spot- understandably-gets upset and leaves with the promise of making them regret their word's. Cut to the end of the film- we visit the bar to find it destroyed/damaged. The director's, I believe, decided to take it out because they felt that the end reveal with miles should remain impactful so adding that scene would have probably thrown the audience off.
