i have, several, questions..... If peter sneezed in someone's direction, does this mean they have cancer? how does radiation affect the male anatomy? why does this peter kill mary jane when in spiderverse he has a healthy baby and is allowed to be happy? what is 9+10? how old is Jameson? If he gave someone a blood transfusion do they get cancer or spider powers?

Different universes have different rules. So Spiderverse can have many MJ and Pete kids. Also in 616 there are several magic and science super geniuses who couldve easily cured MJ. Radiation in real life isn't surefire cancer it raises the odds. Depending on the type its usually ok in small doses so sneezing on someone is likely ok.

I know you're probably joking, but I like the theory that he wasn't actually overtly radioactive. That it was more his quilty conscious causing him to believe it was something that was HIS fault. That this couldn't happen to someone like Mary Jane (the cancer) and it was his fault. Blaming himself for something he thinks he could've prevented (if he would've stayed away from her)

It's just a variant that Morlun killed. You can tell cause the variant died wearing only his underwear and cast. Reign Peter only wore the cast up until he put the black mask back on and after that regains his lost strength. Either even that variant is alive cause Morlun died and released all the souls he killed
