Definitely it’s a was really good fan service but I still think the dark knight is unstoppable. The joker alone was enough to make it best of all time and that ending. But Spider-Man definitely top 5 marvel movies. Wouldn’t put it above endgame but if you’re a Spider-Man fan you would

Doctor strange two is the introduction to the madness, darkness and possibilities that’s coming to the MCU this movie is gonna crush Spider-Man. While their traveling through dimension we can see any cameos even galactus. And plus evil scarlet witch OMG we ain’t ready I think it’s gonna be the best MCU movie. The fact that Illuminati is in it too. Can’t wait

Patrick is bugging. "With great power, there must also come great responsibility" is the full phrase that first appeared in the comics, but over the years, it's been shortened to "with great power comes great responsibility." I'm actually glad they had Aunt May say the full phrase; I think it carries more weight than the shortened version.

Tom lost his parents, Uncle Ben, Aunt may, lost any connection and relationship he had with everyone because no one remembers him, he can't ask for help because nobdoy remembers him, literally he has no one to lean on, he is now poor and doesn't have a home and had to live in a old rag-tag apartment at the end of the movie, and he needs to restart his whole education, while he watches the rest of his friends + girlfriend move on with his life. The suit mostly has the same patterns as the original cartoon/comic designs, but the front and back logos were modeled after Tobey's and Andrews's suits respectively. I also love that while the suit is being shown off, you have Tom's theme, but with trumpet's like Andrew's theme, and choir chants like Tobey's.

It's honestly crazy how many people don't know that the line Aunt May said is the actual line from the comics. The one used in the Sam Raimi trilogy ended up shortened because the actor had forgotten the full line, and they left it like that because they were tired of reshooting that scene. But if the actor hadn't forgotten it, it would have ended up like this one in the Sam Raimi movie.

@Vambiche
@Vambiche 2 жыл бұрын
@@samk6141 don't get me wrong i loved it, but just because something is ambitious doesn't mean it's a masterpiece, the movie has some plot holes and writing mishaps that can be overlooked, but it's mainly carried by the nostalgia of seen characters from our childhood and that's what mainly elevates it from your average good marvel movie to a great one, but calling a masterpiece is a stretch. On a second and third watch the movies flaws become very apparent, but still enjoyable.
@lalo1437
@lalo1437 2 жыл бұрын
@@samk6141 definitely not a masterpiece. Doctor Strange didn’t act like himself the entire movie, he was too reckless and you would think he’s smart enough to not ruin the flow of time. Of course he didn’t know the timeline branched out but he should’ve since he’s a master at manipulating time. Power lvls were all over the place, a lot of the jokes didn’t land til near the end, everything was a joke to andrews Peter, Toby’s Peter seemed like he didn’t even want to be there or cared about anything. Too much villains like lizard and sandman were trash and not needed in this movie. Cg was not good for most the movie, some scenes and lines were just too corny, like when they all when science mode and all got lab coats on to magically create a cure for all the villains who Toms Peter nonchalantly let into his home which led to the most predictable death of Aunt May, which I saw coming a mile away and when she said the great power line it was so forced and cringe. At the end of the day only around half of the fighting sequences were good, the rest were a snooze fest, zendaya was a stale actor like she always is, Ned gets magic for no good reasons or explanation, the writing all throughout was just inconsistent and not good, the best part of the movie was the end cuz they finally ended this weird crossover that felt like a bad fever dream and it feels like a fresh start for a more mature and lonely Spider-Man/ Peter Parker. 6/10 at best
@samk6141
@samk6141 2 жыл бұрын
@@Vambiche All films are flawed, even the best will often have glaring plot holes if you think too much about it. Relying on nostalgia only works if the story is good, which is why 99% of the other films coming out today that also rely heavily on nostalgia fail in several aspects. Forget everything about the past, does the film still work? Yes, it does. The nostalgia was in service of the story & characters, giving most of those characters respectful arcs while staying true to themselves. A masterpiece doesn’t mean perfection, it means you have a very high quality piece of art that required intensive skill & the end result reflects that. Don’t see how this film wouldn’t fit into that description despite it’s minor flaws
