@@CaseyJonasCatt I agree that sounds similar but if you go back to the scene right before the 3 spider-man swinging scene, sandman rises back up from a sandtruck and as he creates a sandstorm around the stature, there are a few notes that are similar to his theme

I wouldn't get my hopes up. Sadly stuff like that isn't added in to a home video rerelease. Maybe a special edition like the special editions/complete versions of Sam Raimi's Spider-Man trilogy or the Star Wars sequel trilogy, which isn't the best example tbh.
