Interesting note: Dr. Octopus kept the arc reactor when he went back to his universe. He did NOT give it back to Peter. Therefore, it’s possible Doc Oc could have used the device to change his fate.

In all honesty, Doc Ock came to his senses by himself at the end of Spider-Man 2 anyway, so it may be more likely he died destroying his machine anyway. But this is coming from my perspective that hasn’t watched the entire video yet

i agree i thought that was the point of having him say that line about the sun in the palm of his hand in the end so we know that the reactor is as strong as his machine and could possibly cancel it out.

I think he will die at the end of SM2 but before that, he will give it to Peter so his universe will have better cleaner energy. So even if he dies he'll be happy to finish his project.

I felt Electros line when he first showed up: "the energy here feels ... different" was also meant to explain his different appearance (no longer blue)

Electro was blue when he was brought to the MCU, I don't remember how he went back to his normal human form after that first fight but his eletric form only changed after he got the arc reactor

@@jockeelly He began to absorb the grid's energy, but only when Peter unplugged the grid did he get human again. The Reactor focused his power, but the yellow is from the MCU.

Again, Only the uneducated and delusional ones that saw this movie, thought it was a good movie when clearly it was not if you were paying attention to it. This movie is a👎👎👎. Mess up number 1, Only in Kevin Feige’s dumb little mind that Spider-Man can beat Dr.Strange in his own dimension when we all really know that dr.strange can easily hold Spider-Man in place and take the box from him without even trying. Mess up number 2, This movie is really all about Spider-Man getting into MIT which is definitely a dumb way building this movie around. Why didn’t he just go to another college? Not difficult to do lol. Mess up number 3, they focused way to much on the fan service side more than making an enjoyable movie. Mess up number 4, the pacing in this movie is atrocious. It drags on during multiple parts of the movie for way to long and the action in this movie was so bland. 🙄🤣

@@samurexatlas7373 I don't know, if the yellow is simply from being in the MCU, he should've been turning yellow right when he started absorbing the energy from the power grid. I think his powers were the ones that made less sense in the movie, it looked like he needed to absorb electricity to maintain his elertric form and powers, but that wasn't how his powers worked on Spider Man 2

I feel part of Otto's sacrifice in Spiderman 2 was because the control he gained was only temporary, Hence his final words of not dying a monster. Knowing he's fully in control means he can stop the reactor without the need of killing himself.

Yeah, though as for the arc reactor he would probably give it to peter and instead have him be the one to kickstart the new age of clean and powerful energy for humanity. As after-all, he would most likely go to jail after; a bank robbery, attempted murder, and destruction of property.

Sandman: He was taken few minutes after talking to Tobey on the construction building. He was send back few minutes after been taken. There he turn himself in. However after the bugle made his story public, getting a lot of sympathy. Along with Aunt May, Peter and Peter as Spider-Man talk to Captain Stacy and at his next trial. Flint was given 3 years in prison, 2 years house arrest, 5 years of probation and 7 years of community service. His story got a go fund me page and so able to get his daughter the treatment she needed. He spend the rest of his life with his daughter helping sick kids. Earning his second chance. Electro: While his consciences was online collecting data. 6 years has pass until right before his conscience was failing away, he was taken into the MCU. He was then brought back at the same spot at the power plant but at night so no one was there. However since Max was publicly known to be dead. Along with most people not recognize him in his new look. Max move out of New York and move to a small town in Vermont. Given a new name Maximilian Steel. He known by everyone in the town as the handsome math teacher. Made a new family and new life. Earning his second chance. Dr. Ock: Taken to the MCU right when he had Tobey by the neck. He was brought back just after he stunk his machine. In the original timeline Otto wanted to die afraid his arms would take over him again. However in this timeline he knows they are now permanently fix. He use the last of his energy to try swim out the river. Once out he found by Spider-Man. Seeing medical attention he is saved and his arms are remove. Spending time in jail. Otto studies more on nano technology. Giving a lot of his ideas to hospitals to help handicap. Along with some to the military. After 8 years in prison because of his great work in nano technology. As well as with Spider-Man speaking at his last trail. Dr. Ock was released from prison and started his own company to help those who are handicap. He even remarried to a woman named Anna Marie. Earning his second chance. Lizard: He was Taken in the sewers traveling his way to Andrew high school. He was brought back just before he made it there. Conners went back destroyed all his research and plans. Talk to Andrew the next day. Andrew forgave him and decide to keep his secret. Gwen promise as well. Conners took out a loan from the bank to start up his own business after being fired from Oscorp. Peter and Gwen join him. Along with a up coming engineer at Oscorp, Max Dillion. A guy Conners was thinking about parting with for some time. The company grow so big that they were about to cure both Norman and Harry of their diseases. Conners won the Nobel Peace Prize with his family at his side. Earning his second chance. Green Goblin: Goblin was taken into MCU on his way to Aunt May house. He was brought back just before getting there. Norman flew straight home. Destroying all his goblin gear. After that he runs to his son Harry and gives him a big hug. Norman drops out the weapon business. Turning Oscrop to a Medical Center. To help those with mental illness, specifically with split personality disorder. Years later Norman company grows so big he has doctors coming in all over the world join his work. Norman would say "You know I'm somewhat a healer myself". He work along his son Doctor Harry Osborn and top scientist Peter Parker. Norman earning his second chance. But wait we are not done. Andrew Spider-Man: He was taken 4 years after 2014. Andrew comes back same time he left. He goes to visit his Aunt may who he hasn't seen for awhile giving her a big hug saying he so happy she in his life. Aunt May happy to see him too. Andrew: I think am ready to date again. Aunt May: I'm glad because there is someone I want you to meet. Our new neighbor (door rings). Peter opens the door. Mary Jane: Hello there tiger. I'm Mary Jane. Friends call me MJ. Who are you. Peter: smiles 😊. Peter. Peter Parker. Tobey's Spider-Man: Tobey was taken 10 years after SM3. When back, He looks at an old photo of him with Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Mary Jane is stitching up his stab cut. Mary Jane: They would be proud of you. Peter: I know. Mary Jane: Christmas is coming you know what you want to give the kids. Peter: I'm thinking Harry would like a new skateboard and May a new science kit. Mary Jane: It's good thing we think a like, its already taken care of. Peter: I love you. Mary Jane: I know. Kids come in and they all laugh and hug. Tom Spider-Man: At his new apartment. Tom check his phone. He follows MJ and Ned pubic videos on social media. Both of them seems very happy at their first week at MIT. It also turns out F.e.a.s.t had made a Memorial dedicated to Aunt May. Peter seeing her picture makes him shed a tear down his cheek, but with a small smile full of hope. His police scanner goes off saying their a cat burglar B and E at the Museum. He puts on his costume and jumps out the window follow by him a big wahoo!

I have a theory for why Electro looks different. He says that he felt this is a different universe because "the power..it's different". This could be a hint at many fields of cosmic energy that exists in the MCU and not in TASM universe. Electro was able to use these cosmic energy to reform his body and change it, perhaps not consciously.

I like this theory. If you rewatch his transformation scene in tasm2 the eel electricity fixes his tooth gap. Maybe all this other power was enough to make him hot.

@@driplerthadripper There's no reason to believe that's the case. All the other villains fit with their portrayal in previous movies except for Doc Occ's clothing and sunglasses that are probably mistakes.

Doc Ock, if sent back to the same point in time, would be able to address the Fusion Reactor with the Arc Reactor he took from Electro, as that went with him as well

I have a thought in regards with Doc Ock in returning to his universe with the Arc Reactor, say if he did survive, it would be nice to see him hand it to Peter Parker, after serving time in prison comes back to Peter and they work together to reverse engineer the Arc Reactor.

Have to disagree about Doc Ock after he returns. Not only does his new and improved inhibitor chip allow him to control the arms without expending any mental energy and focus, but he also has Tony Stark's miniature vibranium Arc Reactor. With him able to think clearly as well as use the arc reactor, it's quite possible for him to either contain, absorb, or redirect his fusion reaction enough that he doesn't have to drown it and himself.

4:16 If you pay attention to the moment that Electro arrives in No Way Home, his appearance resembles what he looked like in Amazing Spider-Man 2. The part where Peter shoots a web at him and it just goes straight through him, because he's not completely formed yet. He's blue and composed completely out of electricity. Concentrating into one place to form his body. His eyes even look like they did in TASM2. It is the dialogue that discusses how the energy in this universe "feels different" thatis meant to account for the change in the color of his electricity and likely also for his altered appearance. Being from one universe and absorbing the energy of another seems to have had a unique effect on him.

As great as this film was, it's made returning to those 2 older timelines beyond complicated now. We could have had upwards of 17 new timelines created during this film, which one do you continue? It's the same reason why we aren't going to see Cap return the infinity stones. It's a sequence which would just be very messy continuity wise, so no one will dare to touch it

You continue from the original, undisturbed timeline and largely ignore the events of No Way Home, not using any of those villains. At most you use the current day version of Spider-Man after returning from 616 with the knowledge of what occurred there, but they return to their original unaltered timeline. If they want to do anything fancier than that and make it more confusing that's on them lmao, but there is a simple way to handle it. As for Captain America, that one is a lot more interesting. He would most likely appear in each timeline either at the exact moment the Avengers who acquired the stone disappeared back into the Quantum Realm or essentially as soon as their backs are turned. In order for that to work though the stones would probably need to be restored to their original forms. It would work for some of them; the time stone would be easy to give right back to the Ancient One, but the ways the Avengers interacted with some events, like knocking out Peter Quill, would already have created branching timelines. According to the Ancient One the stones being present is most important, and according to the TVA the Time Heist is supposed to happen, which begs the question: if the Time Heist was supposed to happen, then wasnt Loki always going to get the Tesseract? And that further leads to the idea that any branch realities created by the Time Heist would have been pruned by the TVA, probably once Steve returned the stone and left. The only place you'd probably see Steve returning the stones is in Loki: the Avengers disappear back into the Quantum Realm with the stones, Steve appears immediately, returns the stone from where they got it, leaves, then the TVA steps through a gate and prunes the timeline.

@@somegenericguy2909 They’re mostly to do with Norman, in my new version everyone will know that he’s transformed into the goblin and will feel sorry for him, meanwhile Norman acts more insane than the goblin serum is actually making him, because after he kills the Spider-Men, he can go back to his old life with a cure made by The Ten Rings relatively easily, he explains that he’ll just shut down the previous project, pay for some damages and business should resume as normal

I personally think, Otto might still be alive, after all, with one arm missing, the event of Spiderman 2's climax can not happen the same way. Also, while - like original Otto - he is back in controll of the arms, his arms are also silenced by the chip, which might give him the opportunity, to come up with a more rational solution, so he can survive and atone for everything.

Doc oc had an arc reactor (that he retrieved from electro) with him when he was sent back. He had the power of the sun in the palm of his hand, so he couldve stopped/stabilized the fusion machine using the arc reactor.

I feel like Electro went to the MCU for power. He said in the movie that he was gathering data when he felt power that he never felt before. I think that's what pulled him in, not the fact that he knew Spiderman, power was literally Eletro's whole thing, him fighting spiderman was so he could stay with the power. Thats just my theory. Because Sandman came too, and he didn't have an issue with Spiderman at the end of his movie, so maybe they came for different reasons.

On my second watch of NWH, I noticed that Good Doc Ock keeps the Arc Reactor he takes from Electro. He even remarks that it's like "the power of the sun." This seems to imply to me that he gets a happier ending when he goes home. Don't know how he'd resolve his big evil sun thing without drowning himself again, but I like to think he'd share the arc reactor tech with his new timeline's world.

In Avengers: Infinity War, Doctor Strange stated that he looked at 14,000,605 futures. This means, in terms of NWH, that there must have already been futures in which the villains were healed, died, and so on. And that means that the intentions of Peter to heal the villains so that they don't have to die is kinda unnecessary. Or am I thinking wrong?

Yeahhh, most likely thinking wrong Those futures and probabilities all revolve only around the victory or defeat of Thanos, and it's reasonable to assume that Endgame is as far as they go. NWH specifically happens waayyy after Endgame.

What if Norman's 'Oh.' when he died in Spiderman was a reaction of his cured self coming back. He gets cured and then remembers, 'Oh. This happens.' and then gets impaled with the glider.

@@destrocore50 I think for convenience sake they all live. Although, I do find it funny picturing Max falling to the ground after getting sent back near the grid. I’m sure Spider-Man swoops in to save him, and then, he either becomes an obsessed fanboy again or dies after Peter fumbles the rescue. I’m going with the former.

In regards to Doctor Octopus, I still think he was plucked after he self-sacrificed himself in Spider-Man 2. The reason why Doctor Octopus recalled his last moment against his Spider-Man was when his arms were holding his neck probably was the last memory coming from the arms rather than Otto himself. Before he went to stop his machine, Otto (the human) had to overpower his arms AI through sheer force of will, and probably because they were malfunctioning a little bit due to being exposed to the water. It's possible that during Otto's self-sacrifice in Spider-Man 2, the arms essentially blacked out, at least until they all got sent to the MCU, probably rebooted and then completely took control of his mind, leading to a majority of Doctor Octopus characterization until the repaired inhibitor chip was in place. The point is that the Doctor Octopus we see in for the majority of No Way Home was his mechanical arms playing with a human body and to Otto Octavius we see in the final act after his inhibitor chip is repaired is the human himself.

I still don't understand why the tva is not involved in any of these because even if 'He who remains' is dead now, there was/will be a Kang who controls all of reality. And Kang rules all of time which includes the time when he was/would be dead. So technically the tva must interfere in these events too.

I think that Green Goblin was pulled into the MCU universe right before or right after he attacked his universe’s Peter Parkers Aunt May because that would explain him already being in his Goblin Suit and on his Glider.

I see a couple of these events differently and have at least one question remaining about Venom, which I'll end with. So, a couple of ways things go down differently than what was predicted here, the main one is going to be the split timeline version of the characters, especially Otto. Since the spell pulled them all from different points in time, I see no reason why undoing the spell would send them back to the same place roughly a day later, it would most likely send them back to exactly where it pulled them from without marking the passage of time. So Otto would have been forced to face his reactor one way or another. Even if it DID send them to a later point in time, he would have come back to an area that was being devoured by his runaway micro-sun and been disintegrated immediately, since I don't think Peter could have drowned the sun without those mechanical arms. Otto was not going to be saved either way. Curiously, since the spell erased their memories of the MCU Peter Parker (possibly their own Peter Parkers as well, depending on the way Strange interpreted "Make everyone forget who Peter Parker is. Make everyone forget me."), none of them would actually recall how they were cured either. Now, there is a little hope from the Norman Osborn timeline (the one place this movie definitely split the timeline is that the original two timelines are now divided into 4 and 3, one for each villain and one more for the Spider-Man at the end of it which we can arguably assume is continuing the canon timeline for each having come at the latest points in their timelines). I see the survival of Norman having grand knock-on effects to the rest of that timeline that might actually keep Mary Jane alive, but also prevent a lot of other issues. First, without Goblin, Norman might have reconciled with his son a bit, and further improved the budding mentorship role he had with Peter, likely eventually resulting in Harry picking up the Glider-tech in an effort to be a hero like his pseudo-brother Pete, which would give Parker more free time to devote to his studies and his relationships, as well as back-up when things got tough (not unlike what we saw at the end of the third movie). Even furthermore, Norman likely would have been there when Otto debuted his tentacles and the fusion reactor, assuming Otto didn't get Norman involved before that point, as the MCU incarnation of Doc Ock seemed to have respect for Norman when they were in the magical prison. It's possible that Norman's help, and probably a more active role from Peter as Norman's protégé, could have prevented the failed chip and saved the project, leading to that timeline having something akin to the Arc Reactor, and a fully sane and respected Otto, without tentacles. As much as I would like to see Otto become a hero, or at least the merger of the arms with the Spider or Goblin gear, doubtful as their connection to the spine would be seen as a liability in combat. Now, the events of Spider-Man 3 would have gone a little different, but not as directly resulting from the presence of Osborn. With Osborn in the picture, Parker would not likely have been working for the Bugle at this point, and there would be little if any reason for Parker and Brock to clash. Sandman would have likely come about exactly the same way, but when Parker ends up with the symbiote, he'd likely have gone to Harry and Norman for help figuring out what it was, and it likely would have been far easier to remove and secure, remaining at Oscorp until it eventually broke out (because it always breaks out, let's be real about that). So Venom would not have appeared in the film, if Parker ruined Eddie's life he would have just had to have dealt with it like a normal human, and Harry wouldn't have died fighting Sandman without Venom. The end result? Minus uncle Ben, this is basically the golden timeline for the original Spider-Man. A world where Norman and Harry are both like family to him, he's achieved a work-life balance, Otto achieved his goals with a little help from his peers, and Eddie is still an awful person, but he's just a person. Now that's a happily ever after for that timeline. As for the Venom question: Venom is not like a person, where if you cut somebody's hand off that hand is dead and no longer part of them, Venom is the entire symbiote, so when Venom was sent back, why was a piece of him left behind on the bar? Every glob of Venom is Venom, that glob did not belong in the MCU, especially if the spell erased memories of Parker from the symbiote hive mind. I get it, half-assed back-handed way of justifying Venom in the MCU without Eddie Brock for some sort of future reveal, but it doesn't make any sense. I'm not half as invested in this assessment as I was with the Osborn one, just an afterthought that I don't care for.

Only the uneducated and delusional ones that saw this movie, thought it was a good movie when clearly it was not if you were paying attention to it. This movie is a👎👎👎. Mess up number 1, Only in Kevin Feige’s dumb little mind that Spider-Man can beat Dr.Strange in his own dimension when we all really know that dr.strange can easily hold Spider-Man in place and take the box from him without even trying. Mess up number 2, This movie is really all about Spider-Man getting into MIT which is definitely a dumb way building this movie around. Why didn’t he just go to another college? Not difficult to do lol. Mess up number 3, they focused way to much on the fan service side more than making an enjoyable movie. Mess up number 4, the pacing in this movie is atrocious. It drags on during multiple parts of the movie for way to long and the action in this movie was so bland. 🙄🤣

Consider this. Peter asked Strange to go back in time to prevent Mysterious from revealing his identity. Strange can’t because the Time Stone is gone. So that right there crosses out any ideas that these villains are going to be sent back in time to their original points of removal.

Sandman: He was taken few minutes after talking to Tobey on the construction building. He was send back few minutes after been taken. There he turn himself in. However after the bugle made his story public, getting a lot of sympathy. Along with Aunt May, Peter and Peter as Spider-Man talk to Captain Stacy and at his next trial. Flint was given 3 years in prison, 2 years house arrest, 5 years of probation and 7 years of community service. His story got a go fund me page and so able to get his daughter the treatment she needed. He spend the rest of his life with his daughter helping sick kids. Earning his second chance. Electro: While his consciences was online collecting data. 6 years has pass until right before his conscience was failing away, he was taken into the MCU. He was then brought back at the same spot at the power plant but at night so no one was there. However since Max was publicly known to be dead. Along with most people not recognize him in his new look. Max move out of New York and move to a small town in Vermont. Given a new name Maximilian Steel. He known by everyone in the town as the handsome math teacher. Made a new family and new life. Earning his second chance. Dr. Ock: Taken to the MCU right when he had Tobey by the neck. He was brought back just after he stunk his machine. In the original timeline Otto wanted to die afraid his arms would take over him again. However in this timeline he knows they are now permanently fix. He use the last of his energy to try swim out the river. Once out he found by Spider-Man. Seeing medical attention he is saved and his arms are remove. Spending time in jail. Otto studies more on nano technology. Giving a lot of his ideas to hospitals to help handicap. Along with some to the military. After 8 years in prison because of his great work in nano technology. As well as with Spider-Man speaking at his last trail. Dr. Ock was released from prison and started his own company to help those who are handicap. He even remarried to a woman named Anna Marie. Earning his second chance. Lizard: He was Taken in the sewers traveling his way to Andrew high school. He was brought back just before he made it there. Conners went back destroyed all his research and plans. Talk to Andrew the next day. Andrew forgave him and decide to keep his secret. Gwen promise as well. Conners took out a loan from the bank to start up his own business after being fired from Oscorp. Peter and Gwen join him. Along with a up coming engineer at Oscorp, Max Dillion. A guy Conners was thinking about parting with for some time. The company grow so big that they were about to cure both Norman and Harry of their diseases. Conners won the Nobel Peace Prize with his family at his side. Earning his second chance. Green Goblin: Goblin was taken into MCU on his way to Aunt May house. He was brought back just before getting there. Norman flew straight home. Destroying all his goblin gear. After that he runs to his son Harry and gives him a big hug. Norman drops out the weapon business. Turning Oscrop to a Medical Center. To help those with mental illness, specifically with split personality disorder. Years later Norman company grows so big he has doctors coming in all over the world join his work. Norman would say "You know I'm somewhat a healer myself". He work along his son Doctor Harry Osborn and top scientist Peter Parker. Norman earning his second chance. But wait we are not done. Andrew Spider-Man: He was taken 4 years after 2014. Andrew comes back same time he left. He goes to visit his Aunt may who he hasn't seen for awhile giving her a big hug saying he so happy she in his life. Aunt May happy to see him too. Andrew: I think am ready to date again. Aunt May: I'm glad because there is someone I want you to meet. Our new neighbor (door rings). Peter opens the door. Mary Jane: Hello there tiger. I'm Mary Jane. Friends call me MJ. Who are you. Peter: smiles 😊. Peter. Peter Parker. Tobey's Spider-Man: Tobey was taken 10 years after SM3. When back, He looks at an old photo of him with Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Mary Jane is stitching up his stab cut. Mary Jane: They would be proud of you. Peter: I know. Mary Jane: Christmas is coming you know what you want to give the kids. Peter: I'm thinking Harry would like a new skateboard and May a new science kit. Mary Jane: It's good thing we think a like, its already taken care of. Peter: I love you. Mary Jane: I know. Kids come in and they all laugh and hug. Tom Spider-Man: At his new apartment. Tom check his phone. He follows MJ and Ned pubic videos on social media. Both of them seems very happy at their first week at MIT. It also turns out F.e.a.s.t had made a Memorial dedicated to Aunt May. Peter seeing her picture makes him shed a tear down his cheek, but a with a small smile full with hope. His police scanner goes off saying their a cat burglar B and E at the Museum. He puts on his costume and jumps out the window follow by him a big wahoo!

For Norman I feel like if he returns he'll make his son avenge him way before Spiderman 3 , for Doc Ock he'll be in control early due to him being cured and probably stop the machine the same way with realizing his mistakes and also knowing what happened to his Peter and seeing that he's still trying to do better and in his mind so will he, sandman going back he'll probably be very grateful for what Peter has done for him so he'll probably not join venom and go see his daughter one more time before deciding to go back to jail and serve his time and not be a better man but a better father for penny.for electro with him being cured maybe he'll probably want to redeem himself in his own way to finally get the love and respect he deserves. Dr. Connors being cured early would probably not do the same thing he did in the first amazing Spiderman movie and not kill George Stacy or try to turn everyone into lizards he would try to do better and would be able to see his son again and use his science for good. At least that's what I hope will happen.

I think they return at a later point in time based on the "Where is Spider-Man?" posters from Morbius implying that Morbius' Spider-Man is probably Andrew Garfield and he went missing because he went to the MCU. It would be cool if Morbius takes place during the events of NWH and Andrew's Spider-Man returns to his world at the end of the movie.

That's a very interesting idea except Morbius and Venom appear to be set in the same universe and Eddie Brock doesn't know who Spider-Man is save for what little he's gleaned from Venom and the bartender. Unless Morbius is set in yet ANOTHER, 5th universe (1. Maguire, 2. Garfield, 3. MCU, 4. Sony's Venom), where the events of the Venom films happened AND there's a Spider-Man also, kind of like how the series Agents of SHIELD appears to be set in a universe where the MCU films happened in addition to itself but not in the MCU proper which doesn't acknolwedge the tv series. But making Morbius' setting a 5th universe just will make for more confusion I think. So maybe there's another explanation for the Spider-Man graffiti and Michael Keaton's Vulture being present in the Sony's Venom universe, something none of us have thought of yet.

My guess is Sandman was taken from the present in the same point in time as Tobey's Peter so they go back to the same universe. As for Goblin and Doc, I believe since the spell caused them to escape their deaths, it causes two new branch realities to be created where each of them escaped their deaths and got transported to the MCU. The reason why the villains were taken from a different point in time was because of The One Who Remains death at the hands of Sylvie causing time across the multiverse to become unstable and non linear. The boxed spell Strange intended to activate would have undid the corrupt spell that brought in the villains and also therefore bring them to their destined fates and thus also erase the branch realities created due to the spell. But since the Goblin destroyed the spell, I believe those branched timelines are now permanently created. My guess is that Gob and Ock were returned to the two separate alternate timelines where both of them escaped their respective deaths. As for Sandman, he was returned to the prime Maguire Spidey universe since he didn't die and was pulled from the present with Tobey. As for Lizard and Electro, it's a bit more vague. Electro says he was also about to die so I'd say he was returned to a branch reality that was created as a result of the spell transporting him to the MCU instead of his death. As for the Lizard, it was never really explained whether he died or not but my guess is this Lizard was transported from the time period during The Amazing Spider-Man 1 movie when he was commencing his plans to turn everyone into lizards; hence his confusion and fears about death so he didn't know whether he did or not. Also this couldn't have been the Connors from the present since he got cured by Peter in the end of TASM1 so I guess this Connors was returned to the new branch reality created as a result of being transported into the mCU in the middle of the TASM movie period.

I think two things: 1. The broken helmet will lead to Hobgoblin. 2. That we will see the Sinister Six in the MCU. Two of the most likely members are Vulture and Scorpion. Shocker is more of a maybe. It could be possible that the college trilogy will introduce the others to make up the team. Hobgoblin seems extremely likely for example. If Shocker really is a part of the team then we have 3 out of 6 members.

For doc ock, I believe he came back and “bought” new clothes & glasses. For electro, I believe he overused his electric powers in the andrew verse, so powerful.. he pretty much has less power and needs more. Causing him to take on his human form again and probably more ripped with the power he holds in his body. For sandman, i believe he probably turned into sand before he got transported into mcu, making his body glitch out, causing him to stay stuck as a sand form until he was cured. For lizard, I believe he probably got beaten to death in prison by another prisoner, while he still had some of the Lizard DNA inside him. causing him to take his form of a lizard back, until he’s cured (again) And finally for green goblin, we all saw what happened to him in the movie. He destroyed his helmet and suit and used his hobo-clothes with improved and fixed armour.

If time kept going forward while Doctor Octavius was being rescued from his own works, he could well end up returning to a world where the reactor went... or where his Peter had to quench the thing himself. If that last one holds water, forgive the phrasing, Otto might well feel a responsibility to carry on Spider-man's legacy.

I personally think its pretty obvious that the villains were pulled from their timelines at the exact moments they discovered Spidey = Peter. Lizard and the camera, Sandman and the ending with peters mask torn, electro and the power grid, Doc Oc and Peters mask being torn (again). Just my observation

Exactly this. The oddity is that Norman comes into the MCU with his Goblin equipment, which he didn’t have at Thanksgiving dinner in Spider-Man 1, but maybe he really only pieced it together after he left and put on his suit.

Thank you for the explanation! Great video, finally someone explained it really well and without any mistakes. But I don’t think that if Green Goblin is cured and Peter decides to be with MJ in a new timeline she’ll necessarily die, because MJ confessed to Peter AFTER she nearly dies from hands of Goblin and then she reveals that in her final moments she was thinking about Peter, so without that happening I think she wouldn’t confess to him, and then they’ll just stay good friends until the events of Spider-Man 2, which will be very different as Norman Osborne now knows that Peter is Spider-Man, and also that Doc Ock won’t succeed at his project. So Spider-Man 2 New Timeline will create new villain for the replace of Doc Ock.

I was thinking this exact thing the other day, of two new timelines, plus the original, for each villain. But it wouldn’t affect Tobey and Andrew’s Spidermen (the ones we saw) because, professor hulk. BUT, this also means that you get new timelines for each of Tobey and Andrew’s Spidermen too. One where they never got plucked out, and at least one new one where they did and got sent back, and maybe even a third, where they got plucked out, but never made it back.

Because the Spider-Men always knew they were well Spider-Man so the spell just took them from the part of their timeline that’s the most recent, unlike the villains which the spell took from the time that they figured out Peter Parker is Spider-Man

But they did explain why Electro looked different!! He started out as blue, and Peter (Tom Holland) told his friends over the phone, that there was a blue man. And then he changed into yellow, and Electro himself said, that the electricity in this universe was different, and he loved how it looked and felt, and he wanted to stay here. So that was the explanation for his different look.

I think NWHs Goblin was pulled in the moment where he was just about to have his final battle with peter in the abandoned hospital. In 2002, moments after Peter is thrown into the building, the Goblin tosses a pumpkin bomb in with him. In NWH, the pumpkin bomb is the first thing that we see materialize on the GW bridge. I think 2002 goblin was transported into the MCU just as he was throwing the bomb.

The reason is likely for changed appearance is likely due to De-aging. It can lead to uncanny valley effect. The technology isn’t 100% there. I’d imagine it’s expensive to de-age, 3 actors over the age of 60, Rhys Ifans, is younger. Also can’t use deepfakes because those technically have limitations. That’s why Willem and Alfred, wore something covering their neck. It’d add to the budget to de-age the face and neck. Less to alter the cheaper… I have corridor digital vfx videos fueling that observation.

I like this idea too. But would that be like they're clones of another version of their characters? Like would Norman be able to go visit his own grave? So many questions that need answering...

When Dr Steven strange made people forget about Peter Parker and messed the spell up. That ties into the season finally of loki when He Who Remains realizes that a decision has to be made and he doesn't know the outcome because Strange accidentally changed that outcome. Like in End Game with time travel, you can bring things back and you can change.

In the case of Norman Osborn I think that like in the comics he actually might create some kind of skynet or defence program as Tony Stark did in the MCU. Doc Ock would dedicate his life to help others. Sandman would take care for his family. The Lizard and Electro might be recruited by The Gentleman.

William Dafoe definitely was plucked from the final fight... He wouldn't have had the suit otherwise. Unlike other villans who had suit stuck to them or they could change their form... Goblin actually needed his glider and suit. He was surely picked from the final showdown.

I agree--and if that's the case, I feel like Norman might have convinced Tobey's Spider-Man to help him. It's a little vague as to where Norman would end up, but if the Goblin just disappeared during their fight in the greenhouse and Norman reappeared a day later with a modded suit, no helmet, no powers, lost and frantic like he was in the first half of the movie, I feel like he would have gotten a happy ending. He could cede Oscorp to Harry, Harry could cover up the deaths of the board of directors, everyone would get therapy, and they probably wouldn't fund Otto's experiments, knowing how they end up. Not to mention Norman finally getting the chance to be a good dad to Harry. Heck, once Venom and Sandman come along, Norman would pick up on what was happening to Peter immediately and Harry could take up vigilantism alongside Spider-Man as a sort of heroic take on the Goblin. I'm really just spitballing here, but I think the two--Norman and Harry--would give Tobey's Spider-Man a boost similar to Tony Stark's boost for Tom's Spider-Man.

Watching the movie I felt like he was transported back right when he said “oh” and was snatched mid battle. It’s retroactive but it’s like poetic if he was just cured and saved by one Peter and then killed anyway in the fixing of the timeline.

Also my theory for why electro is there is that Harry probably told max that peter parker took photographs of spider man and when gwen called out "peter" in the final battle electro heard it and must have made the connection

I think Goblin was taken as he was trying to kill Peter at the "New Yorkers Unite" scene where they throw stuff at him. It would allow Peter to have that dramatic moment with MJ and it makes some sense since he's already on his glider and having the most struggles with his double personality.

i think I know where each persons taken from, so it's just after they figure out Peter's identity for Norman it's after he see's peter's cut marks where we can assume he's wearing the suit underneath and due to the explosions and lights summoned his glider and ripped off his business suit leading to how we see him in no way home Doc Ock, it's when he he had Peter by the throat which is obvious for Electro it's just before he explodes due to all that data for Lizard it's like a second after he's read Peter's camera meaning he was brought into the MCU holding that Camera for Sandman it's the whatever fist smash ripped his mask while Venom was strangling Peter for Eddie it's when Venom started to pour information and both Peter's where taken the second the spell was casted since their both Peter's

If Doc Occ just returns and dies it would ruin all the effort done in No Way Home to cure him. Plus, you're missing something here, he is returning with and Arc reactor. We have seen the reactor is capable of channeling great amount of energy. From lighting of Thor's hammer to the power of the the infinity stones before the snap. Doc Occ has also seen that too when Electro used it. He can connect the reactor to the his machine, stabilizing it enough to curb its growth and disable it.

Sandman: He was taken few minutes after talking to Tobey on the construction building. He was send back few minutes after been taken. There he turn himself in. However after the bugle made his story public, getting a lot of sympathy. Along with Aunt May, Peter and Peter as Spider-Man talk to Captain Stacy and at his next trial. Flint was given 3 years in prison, 2 years house arrest, 5 years of probation and 7 years of community service. His story got a go fund me page and so able to get his daughter the treatment she needed. He spend the rest of his life with his daughter helping sick kids. Earning his second chance. Electro: While his consciences was online collecting data. 6 years has pass until right before his conscience was failing away, he was taken into the MCU. He was then brought back at the same spot at the power plant but at night so no one was there. However since Max was publicly known to be dead. Along with most people not recognize him in his new look. Max move out of New York and move to a small town in Vermont. Given a new name Maximilian Steel. He known by everyone in the town as the handsome math teacher. Made a new family and new life. Earning his second chance. Dr. Ock: Taken to the MCU right when he had Tobey by the neck. He was brought back just after he stunk his machine. In the original timeline Otto wanted to die afraid his arms would take over him again. However in this timeline he knows they are now permanently fix. He use the last of his energy to try swim out the river. Once out he found by Spider-Man. Seeing medical attention he is saved and his arms are remove. Spending time in jail. Otto studies more on nano technology. Giving a lot of his ideas to hospitals to help handicap. Along with some to the military. After 8 years in prison because of his great work in nano technology. As well as with Spider-Man speaking at his last trail. Dr. Ock was released from prison and started his own company to help those who are handicap. He even remarried to a woman named Anna Marie. Earning his second chance. Lizard: He was Taken in the sewers traveling his way to Andrew high school. He was brought back just before he made it there. Conners went back destroyed all his research and plans. Talk to Andrew the next day. Andrew forgave him and decide to keep his secret. Gwen promise as well. Conners took out a loan from the bank to start up his own business after being fired from Oscorp. Peter and Gwen join him. Along with a up coming engineer at Oscorp, Max Dillion. A guy Conners was thinking about parting with for some time. The company grow so big that they were about to cure both Norman and Harry of their diseases. Conners won the Nobel Peace Prize with his family at his side. Earning his second chance. Green Goblin: Goblin was taken into MCU on his way to Aunt May house. He was brought back just before getting there. Norman flew straight home. Destroying all his goblin gear. After that he runs to his son Harry and gives him a big hug. Norman drops out the weapon business. Turning Oscrop to a Medical Center. To help those with mental illness, specifically with split personality disorder. Years later Norman company grows so big he has doctors coming in all over the world join his work. Norman would say "You know I'm somewhat a healer myself". He work along his son Doctor Harry Osborn and top scientist Peter Parker. Norman earning his second chance. But wait we are not done. Andrew Spider-Man: He was taken 4 years after 2014. Andrew comes back same time he left. He goes to visit his Aunt may who he hasn't seen for awhile giving her a big hug saying he so happy she in his life. Aunt May happy to see him too. Andrew: I think am ready to date again. Aunt May: I'm glad because there is someone I want you to meet. Our new neighbor (door rings). Peter opens the door. Mary Jane: Hello there tiger. I'm Mary Jane. Friends call me MJ. Who are you. Peter: smiles 😊. Peter. Peter Parker. Tobey's Spider-Man: Tobey was taken 10 years after SM3. When back, He looks at an old photo of him with Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Mary Jane is stitching up his stab cut. Mary Jane: They would be proud of you. Peter: I know. Mary Jane: Christmas is coming you know what you want to give the kids. Peter: I'm thinking Harry would like a new skateboard and May a new science kit. Mary Jane: It's good thing we think a like, its already taken care of. Peter: I love you. Mary Jane: I know. Kids come in and they all laugh and hug. Tom Spider-Man: At his new apartment. Tom check his phone. He follows MJ and Ned pubic videos on social media. Both of them seems very happy at their first week at MIT. It also turns out F.e.a.s.t had made a Memorial dedicated to Aunt May. Peter seeing her picture makes him shed a tear down his cheek, but a with a small smile full with hope. His police scanner goes off saying their a cat burglar B and E at the Museum. He puts on his costume and jumps out the window follow by him a big wahoo!

Sandman returning to the present will really F-up the relationship with his daughter though because an 18 year time skip means his kid is in her mid-20s. It's be really weird that the one "good" villain who only teamed up with he bad guys to get the box back so he could just press the button like Dr. Strange wanted to do all along is the one guy who gets boned in the deal.

It will be very sad for Doc Oc , since he got his cure in NWH but then just to be killed again when returning back to his universe? I hope that didn't happen, that he did went down with his machine but survived

Yea what about that spell, Venom and his hive mind? It looks like he's in the MCU during all that craziness just on the other side of the Country/World. Did the spell work on them? Just Eddy? or maybe even All Symbiote knowledge of Peter was lost? Leaving the new Venom he left b4 transporting back unaware of WHO Spider-Man is or is it the Only being on the Planet that does because of said Hive mind? 🤔

The argument that the Avengers created branch realities with "temporary" existence "until" Steve returned the stones assumes time passing in a framework independent from the local time, if Steve returned them immediately in those terms.
