I'd like to know more info, did the modder put something in the description that got him banned or no because that is justification per the TOS. I know there were a lot of distasteful comments in the comment section but that is no reason to ban the uploader himself. But yeah...double standards clearly.

The funny part is that, unlike the “uPdAtEd PrIdE” mod that is STILL ON THE F*CKING WEBSITE, all the banned mod did was change where the game was localized. Instead of being in America, it would activate “Middle Eastern Textures” an actual file in the game itself, that changes the phag flag back to the proper American flag. Why? Because of the countries in the Middle East as well as countries like China that will straight up not sell your product if it contains fruity sh!t! That’s literally all this mod did! Activate a different texture pack so we could experience the game the way that middle eastern and far eastern countries do!

The only time I can think of that mods maybe should be removed is when they infringe on copyright or use a person's likeness or property without their permission. Like if I made some real person's face on the NPCs or put someone's artwork on the side of a building or something like that. But then again, if the mod maker isn't profiting off it, it's kind of fair use. That's the only time I can see it's kind of okay to remove a mod. But that's just to protect everyone involved (mostly legally) Don't remove a mod that changes a texture in a singleplayer game. Like "This tiny texture, only you are going to see is too controversial. But if you wanna make a 'Spider-Man and Aunt May sex mod' go right ahead."

Literally they have tons of "questionable" or "nsfw" mods that make hot mods on the front page every now and then, not trying to throw other mods under the table or anything, but just wanted to point it out. To go out and ban the creator for switching a single texture in a single player is just a load of bull. No one knew about this before (well I assume they didn't) and now they do, good job Nexus you played yourself. I dont know if there was anything else going on behind the scenes aside from that tho, but if its just simply getting banned over the texture mod, then thats just bull.

Dude, this video is beyond messed up. I won't assume the worst intentions and say you're playing dumb, but you are trying to say that this texture mod isn't homophobic when it clearly is. They replaced a flag for the LGBTQ community with an American flag. There was next to no reason for this change, and it specifically takes out a pride flag. Why did the mod creator specifically choose to take out a pride flag. It all leads to the mod creator being homophobic. Sure, no one has to use it but I'd argue that it shouldn't have been made in the first place, this is 4k clear resoulution text book homophobia. There is no case to be made. Who is this mod supposed to benefit? Think of that. If most people don't notice the flags then why did this mod creator specifically choose to remove these flags? What reason would he have if this flag is so inconsequential? He is homophobic and isn't a fan of gay representation which this mod clearly goes against. It is pure delusion to claim that this mod is anything but textbook homophobia.
