The out-of-context panel is from Marvel Zombies. I think it's the fifth series. The zombies from the original series have been sent back in time to a parallel Marvel Universe. Zombie Spider-Man ends up in a confrontation with the Silver Age version of the Sinister Six and kills several of them, but Sandman flees. When the past Spider-Man shows up and finds Sandman, Sandman panics and dives into Spider-Man's mouth, inflating him from within until he bursts. Zombie Spider-Man then discovers that because he killed the Sinister Six, several of them came back as zombies and caused an outbreak, which he then has to quell. Spider-Man is saying "Gwen" as his last words because this is the sixties-era version of the character, who was in love with Gwen Stacy.

Cho wasn't shown to have much character beyond the puberty period. Yes she was good at Quitage but to me she didn't show any true grit.

That out of context comic book panel is from marvel zombies, after the zombie spider man makes it to a a different version of earth he comes across a few villains and starts eating them so sand man runs away and bumps into this earths spider man and yells something like if you wanna eat me so badly etc....then pop goes spidy.

You didn't even do the community questions which could've easily taken this to an hour. Juggernaut can withstand (and overcome) attacks from Doctor Strange, so he's absolutely got defences against mystical/magic attacks. Juggernaut was attempting to kill Cytorrak once (the source of Juggernaut's powers) and Strange was trying to stop him and Juggernaut was acting like Strange was just a fly to him. Not to belittle Hermione but she'd be the fly in the case of her facing off against Doctor Strange. If Juggernaut can shrug off Doctor Strange's attempts at slowing him down, when Strange wasn't even his target during the encounter, then he could absolutely take Hermione out if he was specifically targeting her. There's really little to debate on it, in fairness.

Not a fan of the shorter format the rants and off-topic weirdness is part of the fun and some of my favourite moments or this show. Also, an argument for Hermione winning your community death battle. 1. Apparation does not require you to turn on your heel it only requires enough concentration and an image of where she wants to go. As such she could quite literally bounce from point to point until she figured out how to beat him. 2. Even if Juggernaut was to create earthquakes she could create a platform to fly/levitate away from him. 3. She could summon a broom, she is not a great flyer but she can. 4. She is literally hailed as the smartest witch of her generation and could come up with something. 5. If Juggernaut was to throw something at her while she was flying she could move out of the way or just destroy the thing being thrown at her 6. Avada Kedavra is a beam of light that rips the soul from the body and destroys it, it is incredibly powerful and she could quite likely overpower Juggernauts force field and then he is screwed. 7. She could use various means to throw juggernaut into space. He may be able to survive without air but he can still freeze or burn if she throws him at the sun. Spells to throw him: Wingardium Leviosa, Alarte Ascendare and Depulso. WL: Duh. AA: This spell is used in the fourth movie by Harry to remove himself from the lake in the second task of the Triwizard Tournament. Depulso is a spell that hits the target with a pushing force the amount of force depends on the amount of power put in the spell. I can probably come up with more reasons if you want but I think Hermione has this game set and match even without information on Juggernaut she has plenty of ways to stay out of reach until she can think of something.

Juggernaut is resistant to levitational forces, he resisted Polaris's magnetism which is comparable to Magneto's. he resisted Jean Grey's telekinesis, so I'm pretty sure he can take Hermione's levitation spells.

Also, bruce banner levitates the juggernaut on two occasions and he is basically powerless (his whole powerset is based on being and staying in motion, his power is literally that 'he can't be stopped, and magic is literal not logical in Marvel comics), one time with an antigrav thingy and one time with his oldpower multitool taser thingy in the Scarr ark. So yeah, wingardium leviosa should totally work. If not, she would upheave the ground, apparate away, disguise herself, conjure illusions or even blind him with a stream of wine, a flock of doves or ravens, a swarm of snakes or rats or bees or.... there are so many basic spells in the harry potter universe that are useful in a fight like this, and it is stated on multiple occasions that she basically made it her lifes goal to learn all of them, and she demonstrates on multiple occasions that she indeed has a spell for every occasion, no matter how specific or out of the blue.

For those wanting more context about exploding Spiderman its from the Marvel zombie comics. Basically the zombie version of Spiderman from Marvel's Zombie verse ended up in an alternate non-zombified universe. The sinister Six of that world then attacked Zombie Peter thinking he was the version they were used to which caused him to kill everyone except Sandman. Horrified Sandman fled in terror and ran into the normal non-zombie Spiderman of their universe. Enraged at the loss of his allies and half out of his mind in fear Sandman then proceeded to pour himself down that Spiderman's throat until he exploded hence leading to that image.

Hermione VS Juggernaut is one-sided, yeah... but not just because she doesn't have much offensive capabilities because of his magic resistance. The Harry Potter world lets magic do just about anything. She can get allies by transformation and motion spells, like summoning statues and making them move. She can make herself different. She can bury him under endlessly-copying items. Various potions (because they're alchemy, not direct magic) and so on and so forth.

Context as to why sandman killed spider-man in such a gory manner, you see this took place during the story line of marvel zombies, at a certain point in the series, the zombies travel to another earth similar to the main marvel universe, and the zombie spider-man killed that worlds spider man rogues, including the likes of mysterious who the zombie spider-man ripped his brain out of his fish bowl helmet, and the only one left was sandman, who runs away and into that worlds spider-man, who confusing him for the zombie version killed him in that fashion, also the zombie spider-mans webs are his veins.

So Juggernaut has a magical shield that protects him from magic. Obviously, it can't protect ITSELF from magic since it was overpowered by Mjollnir. So then Hermione should be able to use Finite Incantantum to dispel it.
