Spider-man wins, but that sword is definitely dangerous for Peter. He has tougher skin than normal humans obviously, but that won’t be enough to give him much protection from that blade. Even if you debate gorgon can read minds, spidey can move faster than light, and can cover his eyes and let his spider sense go all out 100% to the point he’s unpredictable. There’s no way he’d be able to touch him. Plus spidey doesn’t even have to be the more skilled fighter. 50% of the time he’s beaten his foes with his wits more so than with his instincts.

I love Spider-Man but Gorgon...I *barely* give the edge to Spider-Man. It’s because of the consistent fights against greater opponents. I’m surprised you didn’t do the recent comic with him versus Morlun. And Morlun outdoes Peter’s powers and skills. Peter had to use his intellect to defeat him, before he was *killed.* And Peter’s initial preparation was ruined too; he had to improvise on the fly.
