strange, because the wasp has a very hard exoskeleton, even a Tarantula have difficulty to bite her, i don't know how a black widow will accomplish dad! i never saw a video till the end!

@@Ezekiel903 most times tarantulas or most spiders in general will go for a bite on a leg. Idk the actual reason as to why. Imo it's bcz it's the furthest thing away from the head and body (any dangers) but also often times they'll use the (a) leg to feed from. Almost like a straw.. yummm 😂 check out some of "leokimvids" redback spider tank vids. He has some time lapse clips of his redbacks where u can see the guts getting liquified and being sucked thru the leg.

Because tarantulas don't make webs. Spider wasps paralyze tarantulas by outmaneuvering them and stinging their abdomen. Can't do that tangled in a web.

Black widows venom is way more potent than turantula venom tarantula wasps have resistance to terantulas kind of venom but not the venom of spiders like black widow and funnel webs these wasps will try to keep away from those spiders this wasp has just made the fatal mistake of flying into the widows web and once its tangled up its spider food like every other insect witch flys into a spiders web

Awesome! I love it when the spider wins. The spider wasp usually hunt large variety spiders which is why they win practically every time. They win because they are smaller, faster, and their poison is very painful though not deadly. This is the reason the black widow almost always beats a spider wasp; she is smaller, faster, her web is much stronger than a tarantula, and her poison is much more powerful, and it is deadly.

Noteworthy: A dolt on youtube argued with me that a spider can never recover from a T-Wasp attack, but that's not so. A woman here on youtube posted a video as she observed such an attack, but rescued the paralyzed spider. She fed it, nursed it back to health and released it back into the wild, so it can be undone.

Let's not forget that both the spider and the wasp are female. I also used to think that the tarantula hawk wasp were males but no. They're female because they lay an egg on on the tarantula once they've killed it so that the larva can feed off the big hairy spider as it grows.
