Been waiting for this video to drop! Glad to see some love for Valparaiso. It's by father-son designer duo Malz, co-authors of Rokoko, which is one of my all time favourites. I mean father and son, designing games, being published by DLP games, that's noteworthy on it's own. But the game looks really interesting as well. It covers the that medium, medium-heavy complexity spectrum while staying well within 2 hours playtime. The theme is almost over the top generic euro style however. I haven't really looked into Futuropia in detail, but it's a big box, it's by Friedemann, what can go wrong? (i'm conveniently forgetting about 504)

I kind of miss the "heart" method you used last year - it was for Essen last year, wasn't it? - but the sights of Amsterdam make up for it, I guess :)

That was for my 7 months later video I filmed for my Spiel 2016 list. Hard to heart stuff I haven't played yet. Though,I need to do a follow-up to that list...
