Well husband was already asking what I wanted for Christmas. This plus a few other accessories I've been wanting to order 3D printed for me would probably come close to the budget he likes to spend.

Hi Maurice brilliant bobbin, I have printed off a couple with a few print really need tweeking. I find the top surface of the bobbin ends very rough and really need sanding.the discus very thin which is obviously needed but when your preparing after print and sanding the shaft block is coming off if if your gentle. I have a few different filaments and brands and it’s not any different to the end result I haven’t had any really issues printing the other bobbins. Then the shaft spacer and the flyer spacer shaft hole is to small and that also needs tweeking the bearings on these are a perfect fit any advice as to how I can get a better end look and not have to spend more time sanding and having to widening the shaft holes ? Thank you kindly Jo

I think your printer isn't calibrated very well. The fit for everything was good for me and a few testers with well calibrated printers. The bearing holds are made extra large and should be loose. I did this because this part the fit doesn't matter and I know other people don't have the best calibrations on their printers. But if those parts fit well that says your printer isn't printing quite right (these parts are quite loose by design and on my prints). You can possibly modify my parts. Sometimes something as simple as enlarging a print a few percent can get them fixed. Or you can look up tutorials online on how to calibrate your printer. Hope this helps.

Wish you could make a thread winder, it would be so useful for my overlocker and coverstitch as they need 4 and 5 spools

This is a bit outside my target audience and there seem to be some of affordable options on Amazon to put thread onto sewing bobbins. Do those not meet your needs?

These are big cones of thread, not small bobbins. I think the Cone Winder would work for this?
