Spin Cycle: Training for High G Flying

The professionals at the Brooks City Air Force Research Lab in San Antonio, Texas, are experts on the forces caused by acceleration, also called 'G forces.' That's what people feel in their stomachs when riding a wild roller coaster. But at Brooks City, they specialize in the more powerful forces experienced by fighter pilots.
Training in a human centrifuge under the guidance of people like SSgt. Andre Scott, an aerospace physiology craftsman, the pilots wear custom clothing and learn techniques to handle High G environments. They are taught to safely fly their aircraft to 9 Gs, far past the 4-6 G point where the average person would pass out.

In 1968 I pulled 15gs in this centrifuge without blacking out, and have the official "Order of the Elephant" certificate to prove it. The staff was amazed that I did this. I'll be 75 yrs old next month.

Just a question here, how did the WWI and WWII pilots resisted those G's, I believed WWII pilots had those anti g suits, but still, that was yeaaars ago. And what about the WWI pilots?

Being able to handle hight G forces is nothing more than a technic.... Stop playing the big guys saying that pilots are able to operate in hight G forces , we are all humans which means even a grandpa is able to handle hight G forces , you only need to learn the technic which is to wear an anti - G suit , breath strongly , and push your self in a way that the blood will allow to flow in your body, thank you !
