As much as I wanna critique not having double joint elbows, the articulation looks great and smooth. Really impressed. Theyre justifying that higher price point with no compromises to paint and accessories.

@Jounar lol I have all the figures.i wish i can show you 😃. The way they do size is 1 inch =1 foot. They scale to each other. She's like 5'6. She works well with shfiguarts. Looks awesome fighting guts 👍

Hopefully they make more Aloy armor with more faces. In part HZD 1, when the developer finally added the photo mode, they gave her a lot of facial, and I want her to have easily swappable faces. The war paint was pretty big in part 2, not game changing but abundant and I feel they need more face paint. Also, hopefully they make her level 1 heat resistance armor. Actually, if Spin Master went all out, they would allow us to keep adding onto her base armor which change it from level 1 to 3 like in the game.

Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbbiden West are one of my favorite of the newer Sony exclusives, so seeing Aloy done this well gives me hope for the others! Especially, Jin Sakai! Just need robots!

Ive seen some of the Spinmaster 6" DC figures in stores and they looked alright; but I never would have thought they had this type of quality figures, it blows me away. I'm guessing the gaming company loaned them the 3D files from the game to get the precise sculpt and paint. Sidenote: just looked at the suggested videos and there they have a review of the aforementioned 6" Spinmaster DC figures lol

Horizon Zero Dawn & Forbidden West are two of my favorite games, and Aloy is one of my favorite characters. I've already got this figure pre-ordered and cannot wait until release! $50 for something akin to a Figuarts is fantastic! You should play the games! The story is awesome and the gameplay is great.

The Horizon series is one of my favorites of all time and there's not much merch for it. Honestly even if the figure looked bad I probably still would have gotten it! Glad to see how awesome she looks - I saw they're also releasing a figure of her BFF Varl and I absolutely need him too.

As overpriced as I think this figure is, overall this is a very impressive piece. For such a complex and seemingly restrictive character design it’s amazing how well this figure moves, especially with the hair. Those joints seem like the icing on the cake here, and they’re so simple. Still overpriced imo but this is a figure that will hopefully make people happy.

No size comparison? Why?? Is she too small? :D I appreciate and love your reviews, but size comparisons are VERY important to me...and most collectors, I imagine. That can push people towards buying a figure or not. It helps us make a more informed choice. I guess I will have to look for comparisons for her and Krotos elsewhere now...

Dang I guess size comparisons are out. Bro I really love your reviews, photographs, and style. I love your thoroughness which includes size comparisons. Not trying to throw any shade, but it’s the reason I stopped watching Anthony’sCustoms reviews, he doesn’t do size comparisons. Just IMO it’s the part I look forward to the most in a review segment. Damn this is disappointing.

AnthonysCustoms gives you the actual measurements though. That seems extremely beneficial; especially if you don't have the figures that the reviewer is using in their comparison.

@@jaysilver3333 I get and know that bro, I use to watch a lot of his reviews hence the reason I don’t anymore. Again not throwing shade at him, because I do like that he isn’t scared to say what’s negative about the figure. A lot of watch these reviews to both be informed and for the entertainment aspect. I thought I was alone in this but it seems a lot of us just like seeing other figures compared to the one being reviewed. It’s just good old fun which is what D try’s to promote in all his videos.

@@wllmdvsjr Understood. It does sometimes seem like Anthony is always moving or the figures are in storage somewhere; well outside of Darwin, MS Cap, and Mcfarlane Batman. I can definitely see how the entertainment factor of the multiple figure comparisons would be higher for certain channels. My only point was that in this instance, even without the comparisons, that blue ruler would've told us that this figure and Kratos, while being more true 1/12th scale; seem smaller.

@@TWHS-o3j face plates are a lazy version of an alternate head sculpt. Plus it makes the figure ugly. More like a model kit rather than a complete figure.
