It looks absolutely delicious however I’m confused... At *3:52 you state not to chop your spinach so you know you’re biting into a “Spinach Ricotta Sausage Roll”. I went back several times to listen again (and again!) It also states what you’re saying “ Spinach Ricotta Sausage Roll” in the CC (Closed Captions). I’m aware the word “Sausage” is not used in the title but... I kept watching and waiting to see where the Sausages were going to fit in. Signed, Confused Grandma 👵🏻

Apparently the term is being used to refer to the roll shape prior to cooking. Was confused at first mention too
