EXCELLENT VIDEO... I did try this... but did Not put the Flour on the Puff Pastry or roll it out... I wanted it to "Puff" up and the flour makes it weigh down... I just cut it into squares and it turned out great. Thank You so much for sharing this great video.

Hello. Greetings from Bangalore, India. This looks to be such a delicious puff pastry and so inviting. Looks easy enough too. I would like to try making this for my young grandsons. They love all sorts of cheese. I don't eat pork as I am allergic...anyway no one eats it any more in the family. So I think I will substitute it with minced chicken.
