Trader Joe’s used to sell kale and spinach bites. Loved them so much. They used panko bread crumbs. I plan to make these. I think you can freeze them.

Before you have your main entree, is good to have appetizers when your company arrives...your standing around talking a bit and it's a good snacking moment before the main entree is served. Something like vegetables , and any kind of dip you use would be perfect for a light appetizer!!
