Spinach

Spinach? Phew! But it's so delicious when it's well prepared. Try my recipe, I think you will like it. It is the tastiest with mashed potatoes and a fried egg.
What you need:
400g of spinach purée (I used frozen spinach purée)
1 garlic clove
100ml of heavy cream
flour
water
salt
0,5kg of potatoes
