Spinal paralysis research close to human clinical trials

As someone suffering from Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, I'm eagerly awaiting the NVG-291 clinical trial to begin. Repair of the spinal cord will be revolutionary in helping those of us with MS. Best of luck with this, NervGen!

YES, i have been paraplegic for 5 years now, and i just found out about NVG-291 today, i cant tell how i excited i am for it. We should be getting data here in Q3 of 2024, which is this month until october.

We have some amazing medical researchers and surgeons here in Australia. I remember Fred Hollows breakthrough with people being able to see. This is fantastic and hopeful news and I wish them all the best.

Albo this man is asking for a mere $3,000,000 more to complete this trial that may end the nightmare he and many more are living daily so show some heart and just add the last $3,000,000 Albo and more if there needs proper detailed research unlike the complete disastrous balls up we have seen over the last couple of years with the World Wide medical trials.

Simple Google search will tell you that the procedure described here was already successfully performed in Poland, in 2012. Done by Dr. Paweł Tabakow and the patient was Darek Fidyka.

Amazing as spinal cord injured person, if this worked it would help my CRPS maybe even fix it. IF it repairs the spinal cord damage, as its more complex than any other part of your body. They open up work on the brain, they do not do it to your spinal cord.

Your comment is very unsympathetic but I’m sure u would be singing a much different tune if u had to live as people w/ spinal cord injuries do. I became a paraplegic 10mths ago & it’s a miserable way to live. Many of us live w/ debilitating nerve pain in the very legs that no longer work for us. The pain often puts me in tears & no pain medication comes close to relieving it. But the worst part is losing ur independence. Altho we know our families love us, we still struggle emotionally knowing we are a burden to them. Simple things u take for granted, I can only hope to one day do again. U speak of God, & I hope u know he has a fine way of humbling even the best of us, so be careful when u speak of something u can’t even begin to understand.

I am a quadriplegic now for three years after falling from a building this is really literally the worst thing that can happen with a human being it's worse than death almost every day I am thinking about the day that I woke up and asked the doctor why he let me live because living a life like this with three young kids you can't imagine what it's like and it's normal it's because you're not in the situation I don't think any God would put somebody in the situation the reason I haven't taken my life is because I have the three Young children that I don't know how to tell them I have to go so I am kind of staying alive for them so please don't talk about God I have nerve pain in my arms and in my legs 24 seven nonstop no medication that can help it go away so next being paralyzed and not even able to scratch my Head when I have it I am in pain pain day and night I really don't think that there is a God in the sense that you think that there is. No God what take so much for the person en let person Live like this Horrible Reality It’s hell on Earth Literally I can't imagine that there is something in this life or on this earth even terrible did this of course I know I shouldn't say this because there's always worse but I haven't seen anything like this situation it's just crazy I have been always nice to everybody and not make any enemies in my life and still I am in situation like this so I don't believe in God that watches over us with the morals that are written in the Bible
