Great tips..After suffering for 3 years..finding these tips are effective, will surely relief your disc buldge pain. Stretching spine exercise helps to bring back bulging disc into the place. For others sharing my personal experience: Do it daily 10 mins. When you have pain don't expect right after exercise it will relief pain like painkiller, it takes time like within 12 hours you will feel pain free.some people it instantly relief pain. Check for mattress..during severe pain ,you can sleep on floor or mat for 1 or 2 days. Even He gave tips for people who sit and work long on chairs. Effected person can stretch hands over the head to give spine to fill the gaps in between discs. I am following yoga ,after I have tried everything..this is really really helpful...🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

Mujhe 1sal se back pain ho raha hai aur mujhe khafi dinose sone me tkhlif ho rahi thi tab koi dwa kam nahi kar Rahi thi tab mujhe meri didi ne suggesion diya ki rumatol capsule, romatol oil, Livcon capsule liya tab mujhe khafi aaram Mila.aur hai best ayurvedic dava hai . aur maine amazon se mangwaya hai . ❤❤❤❤❤

hello sir reply plz mein ek student hu meri age 15 years hai , merko study k liye 8 8 ghnte bethna hota hai and merko bht lower back pain hone laga h jiske karan jyda beth ni paata hu jhuk nahi paata hu or mere right leg m halki halki sir suunnpan bhi rehta hai knee ke neeche , MRI m sb kuch normal aaya doctor ne kaha kahin koi dikkat nahi hai please mujhe iska solution do taaki m bethbhi paau or meri dikkat v khtm ho jaaye , or kya m ye exercise agar disc m dikkat nahi h tb bhi kr skt hu ? please reply krdena sir bht ummed se pucha aapse thankyou radhe radhe.

सर हमारा L4 L5 2021 से दब रहा हैं दवा से ठीक हो जाता हैं फिर कुछ दीन बाद दर्द होने लगता हैं फीजियो थेरपी कराते हैं तब भी आराम नहीं है सर कुछ मार्गदर्शक करे सर बहुत पैसा खर्च कर चुके हैं

Guru ji Mere lower back me left side tightness hai. knee ke backside me bhi tightness rahti hai jab pent fold karta hu toh left knee k backside me uncomfortable feel hoti hai. Left side me lower stomach me bhi kisi nas me khichav hai aisa feel hota hai aur kabhi kabhi pain bhi hota hai Sath hi left Testicle me bhi tightness aur kabhi kabhi pain rahta hai.
