I will most likely try the ULBD soon here in the Dallas area. I hope additional studies are in the process to clarify the outcomes with these minimal invasive procedures.

Improve over time (How much time?). I have been conservatively treated for 26 years (+) and have worsened. Lost my job. Everytime I approach medical interjection it only restarts the hamster wheel for conservative medical treatment again. I have demonstrated that these measures have not worked.

Glenn, please discuss your situation with your Surgeon. That is always the choice. But understand the risks are there. There are only two outcomes. You are better, or you are worse. Make sure you understand your chances. Good luck.
