You will alternate between varied cycling intervals and light weight training to sculpt lean arms and shoulders. The cycling intervals include hills, sprints and jumps so there is plenty of variety. You will burn a ton of calories and sweat like crazy with this high energy cardio sculpting workout!

I love the idea of adding arm exercises to the bike! I always felt like spinning was a great lower body workout but the upper body was really ignored. Thanks for solving that problem!

I bought the other four cycle barre fusion workouts because when I did this one I was so excited and satisfied! I think that if you want to boost your metabolism you should do spinning exercises. I alternate cycle barre with total body cardio during the weeks and I feel definetly good and fit!

How many calories will be burned by this workout?? Plz reply!

Calorie burn is very individual as it is based on many different factors. It is very hard to give an estimation, but perhaps between 200-400 calories depending on your height, weight and fitness level.

loved it! I was taking a spinning class at the gym and the structor did arms so I looked for one with arm workouts here on YT due to the pandemic

This was awesome. I used to be a spin Queen. When I wait the gym and started working out at home that ended it but I miss it so much. Found a bike in hotel gym!!!😄😄😄

Thanks so much! You can do this 2-3 times a week. Mix and match with some of my other cardio sculpt workouts for best results. I have a playlist called Free Workouts Cardio Sculpt if you want to check it out 😁
