i love this so much. a lot of wisdom in your videos . there are also short, weighted bars in different weights, really cool for building muscle, then the wooden stick will be super light and fast in your hands

Matt I have watched lots of martial arts on U tube …. I like your down to earth, even I make mistakes, here is how to do it attitude. I made my own nunchucks, I will make my own bo and jo staff. I do this for strength and health …self defense if needed.

It was an ancient art in Portugal, "luta do pau" and a stick allways helped to walk trough mounts and valeys. Nowadays, it's a lost tradition.

👍 spinning has kept my hands and wrists soreness in check. It just keeps me moving without killing me. =) Glad to watch. thanks for putting these up. I'm not the oldest... but almost. =) 70. spinning while fighting can lead to dropping it, then where are you?
