i was stuck for 4 days. what got me through was putting a pyro unit on the first team. well not really i managed to power through it from sheer willpower, but when i got my xiangling to lvl 40 and that was enough for making it easy and allowing me to get one star. once i invested more on her (which was actually very little, she's still lvl 50, only her talents are better and i upgraded her spear to 80, then i lucked out and got c4 so her ult is better too) i got 2 stars in the first chamber without changing much else. pyro op here.

Btw for anyone wondering you can actually do the attack cancelling with fischl on mobile After tapping the atk button twice, hold down the atk button for a bit and release immediately, this will cause you to shoot an arrow manually, resetting your auto's sequence

@@6Fire1Fist9 he 9 starred floor 11 and 10 with all the free characters, enviosity is still stuck on 7 stars on these floors And its a gacha game eventually there will be content that you can't clear with free stuff. Rolling and using the stuff you get is a game mechanic no different than using your souls to increase your stats in dark souls. This is true for every gacha game like arknights, fgo, epic 7 etc... they all start off simple while releasing banner characters at some point the f2p's will have like 30 or 40 characters and thats when the difficulty increases so you need to figure out what combinations of characters you need to put together along with what equipment to do your clears and what characters you should target to shore up the weaknesses in your collection.

The bottom line is enviosities equipment is not reasonable for anyone who is not a full time streamer and grinds minibosses 5 hours a day.

I saw such a brilliant gameplay at F12 Chamber 3 2nd half. Frequently pop out Kaeya E skill to generate 3 Element particles for your teammates, coupled with crazily high Energy Recharge % on Noelle. In just 3 mins 41 sec, that Noelle has activated her Ult for 5 times and slowly reduced those Fatuis alltogether to shreds. I wonder how many RNGs he had to go through just to farm those Gladiator artifacts with high Energy Recharge %.

I'm just a small youtuber, no need to compare to envi lol. What he's doing is obviously more challenging and impressive. I like to consider my videos as "F2P friendly alternatives" since the units are replaceable and the main DPS units are very useful to everyone (Xiangling and Fischl). I always try to emphasize to use better units if you have them, hard investments in units like Lisa and Amber can work, but in the long run it's honestly better to use resources on quite literally any other character.

If you can, try to run double pyro on each team and or a good 4* tiara of springtime on the main dps to help against condensed ice. It'll allow you to dodge more, and dodging more than 4 times before you're out of stamina is important. Ideally try to conserve stamina while afflicted by condensed ice since it's more efficient to dodge without it. You can still jump when you're out of stamina but dashing is faster and I think gets you out of more animations. Time the ice prisons. That thing kills me more than everything else on floor 12 combined. On 12-2 there is no timer so you must count in your head. On 12-3 you can watch the timer. If your reflexes are good enough you don't need to time it but I'm not that good. I count down 12 seconds (subtract 2 from the ones place) but sometimes it feels like 14 seconds. You don't really want to use solo anemo but double anemo is fine. It's unreliable at removing electro shields as it only works when you have cryo on your characters which comes from condensed ice and cryo damage. One of the stormhammers even pulses you with electro. With double anemo you can more reliably remove the electro armor by swirling with both. If you have double pyro your anemo characters will be afflicted by cryo for a shorter period making it harder to swirl cryo on the stormhammer fatui. Ideally on 12-3 second half have a shield. The icicles don't hurt but they do stagger and being staggered can hurt. You don't want to waste stamina dodging like 700 damage icicles when everything else hits much harder.

All crappy artifacts mostly 4 stars and a lvl20 amber, probably ar40. That video by far the most god tier control skill I've ever seen, i-frame every thing, barely get hit, jump animation cancel, and his razor tech with jump plunge attack is just jaw dropping.

I've seen Razor do really good damage and is generally easier to run (greatsword swipes can hit multiple enemies) so he's probably much better, though I've also heard his c1 is a huge upgrade, can't tell you from experience though.

hi, razor main here. razor is pretty good. i have r1 prototype aminus on him, since it's the best f2p weapon and 4 piece glad set with main stats like phys dmg, atk% and atk. (not my final build) i reccommend you build him with phys dmg. as for if razor is better, i don't really know since my fischl is used for only mining lol. one difference between them would be that fischl's attacks are faster, while razor's are a bit slower (since he is claymore).

OP Raizor main here xD. Raizor is the best physical dps in the game. So yeah he is better. Fischl is better as a support with Oz imo. I cleared abyss 12 a couple of times with Razor in the second team. He is the best 4* dps so its 100% worth it.

This is just my opinion, (and I don't think it's a controversial take), but investing in Amber for 12 is a waste of resources. Her damage is very low and only brought up to par due to the massive pyro buff. If they ever change the end-game content (highly likely) the months of investment won't be worth it.

@@TheKeebster Do you think Amber can shine if you stack Crit Dmg and Pyro bonus, then basically do headshot melts every once in a while. Because headshots are guaranteed crits, so Amber can just ignore Crit rate completely. I was thinking maybe making a 2 pc bloodstained 2pc glad Kaeya, then superconducting with Fishcl, while also doing headshot melts with Amber every once in a while. Kaeya just spits out so much Ice, and Superconduct lasts 10 seconds, so I think it may be possible for Kaeya to consistently react with Amber and Fishcl.

Personally don't recommend it, it's a ton of investment on one character for just one floor of abyss which may change in the future. Keep in mind you can get another pyro character at any point and it'd make your investment have been wasted for very little gain, given what abyss rewards you.

I've always wondered through Honkai, how do you go about building optimal strategies? That's probably a difficult question so to be more specific, do you have a method to recognize when some tactic or character ultimately does not work in a situation or if you need to improve your execution or wait for luck even? I remember in Honkai, I'd always be missing some key piece or element and the run would fall apart. Sadly, I (F2P) got only 5* from this floor bc huge lack of DPS. I feel very unlucky since I NEVER get a good single artifacts for main DPSer (substats have very less CRIT/ATK). I see enormous difference between my dps number and yours/Envy. My current comp, AR49 1st half: Razor(C0), Venti(C0), Kaeya, Bennett(C0) 2nd half: Phys. Xiangling(C1), Fischl(C6), Chongyun, Barbara I hope AR50 can make some more deep.

When they charge up and have their cryo shield you need to break it with pyro. This will stun them. If you don't break it they will shoot you.

Ch1 and 2 are fine but I can't seem to push through 3 with the health and teams I have now. To be fair most of my supports don't even have above 10k hp and my highest HP carry is my keq with 17k thanks to a level 12 flower. If I max out my artifacts I can probablu pull it off but as it is I am banging my head against the wall because even the slightest mistske can kill me.

ah, been there. you have to either pratice a lot, or build diona. diona's shield tanks ice like no one's business. you don't even have to invest much. just put her at lvl50 and give her ~12k hp. that's enough if you have good mechanics.

@@kienmaple ...when trying to reshield the mage has interruption resistance meaning there is a chance for the knock back not to work... That is why claymores are so good because every single attack may interrupt. Elemental reactions like electro charged and overload also interrupt or knock back

He has a much harder time from what I've witnessed, so do not recommend using Venti for the electro shield alone. I've heard Jean can do it pretty well though.

It's very hard because both Venti and Sucrose are quite slow at absorbing element in their Q, so you may end absorbing Electro or something else. Most swirl characters actually swirl the environment. Anemo MC's E instantly absorbs (specifically, she self absorbs the status if she has one on herself) so you can swirl safely.

I have been trying to beat it with Jean she is capable of swirling the cryo element from the Ice cage and the Cryo Fat-ui firing animation but she can only swirl the cryo element from the floor with her ult while Anemo MC can do it from the elements on oneself so it is quite easier, on the second part she is going to have a hard time unless you focus the electro skimisher and keep on interrupting him from shielding that is rather hard with the Anemo boxer on the same part, If you are looking forward to clean the room it is fine but if you are looking to get Stars on the chamber get a proper Cryo character or Anemo MC

Do you use a macro for your fischl auto cancels? If no, does it take a lot of practice to do it that well?

There's no macro, just atk atk hold atk, kinda hard to do on controller so for me it's safer to just atk 3x and aim button repeat
