In 2021, Spiritbox gifted us with the most hauntingly beautiful song and now in 2022, here is, for me, the most hauntingly beautiful song I've heard this year. Almost a reprise of Constance; I hear some warmer tones in this version and it isn't simply an acoustic copy paste. Flawless musicianship.

Lost my dad in 2016, 3 uncles between 2016 and 2020, my mom in 2020, my aunt in 2021 and my grandma in 2021. My last aunt has dementia as well....I happened on listening to circle with me one take reactions and man the feels right now. I still have never gone back home since 2016 when my dad passed. This song broke me.

Ever single note and the space between is so absolut filled with all what is possible in emotion and composing. The voice with ever soulful note is as good as the instruments. Nothing left. obviously this song means a lot to you guys, but I hope you realize how much this song now means to so many people who have heard it and seen the video, too. The original video premiered a literal week after the first time my grandma didn't recognize who I was, so it hit me harder than a ton of bricks. Regardless of how hard it can be to listen to, I'll never stop coming back to it just because of how hauntingly beautiful it is. Thank you so much for sharing it with the fans

So.. i work at a store in a mall, and we're all pretty close, in a way, your co workers can kinda become family. Two years ago, one of my friends there passed away to cancer, and he was only 19. I listened to this song at that time and told myself i would never listen to it as much because its too painful. Two years later, this vidoe shows up on my suggested videos, and im at a loss for words.. It's heart breaking seeing so many people talking about loss here, but at the same time it's beautiful that music can connect us all, and we can just talk about what we're going through 🖤😭

my best friend loved this band and he was so excited to see the direction they were going. he unfortunately passed away from suicide a few months after they released their first single “the beauty of suffering”. he would’ve cried at how beautiful this song is. I miss him every day, but I know he’s listening to them wherever he may be. I feel him with me every time I hear this band. Thank you for connecting me with my best friend again.

Courtney gave an interview where she said losing her grandma during the pandemic was hard because her grandma always said she wanted her to sing a beautiful song at her funeral, and she didn't get to do that. That makes this video so breathtakingly powerful.

This song reminds me of my granny passing in 1995...she suffered from Alzheimers desease and I couldn't say goodbye to her. A traumatic and heartbreaking experience. It's so sad that this also happened to Coutney...but this song, after all this years, is a wonderful was to say goodbye, even in this wonderful version. Thank you very much for that.

this song struck deep for me. when I first heard it my grandmother had just lost her long 3 year battle with dementia. I regret not being near towards the end of her days, but as my parents get older, I promised myself that I would be around for them in their older years. to the point that as my oldest departs the world of high school and moves on to Berkley to study Physics, we will be moving within an hour of them. even now, this song still hits hard. enormous amounts of love to this band.

This one hit home and may be my favorite Spiritbox song. I took care of my grandpa a lot while he was suffering with Alzheimer's. I cried the first time I heard this song. Losing a loved one any way is tough, but Alzheimer's has an emotional toll that is wild. There is no morphine to give for someone who is trapped inside their own body and you know they're struggling. All you can do is hold their hand and love them as they fade away.
