This is all very beautiful .... I have two forms of synesthesia ... I can feel colors (have been able to since childhood) and I can see auras also since childhood, (another form or Synesthesia). Both totally normal to me and not a big deal. I also teach meditation... Also not a big deal. How we are affected by colors has nothing to do with awakening to our Truth. It is a side track distraction to keep us in the world of experience... Not a problem just nothing to do with Awakening. Yes we are affected by colors, definitely, but that is content of mind and experience. WHAT IS IT that is noticing the affects of color, the silent unjudging awareness that is completely unaffected by colors, sounds, experience, thoughts, feelings? To move through life from the orientation of that awareness is the Truth... To move through life through any other thought or experience or feelings is the orientation of Ego. Colors will help us create a more calm and peaceful or serene Ego as she has stated... always a good thing...but it is not the truth of what we are. So delve into colors and auras and color therapy as a way to heal your egoic self but know that it is not the same as moving through life from the orientation of Awareness. Colors will not help you in that orientation to Awareness or through Awareness but they may calm you enough to be able to perceive the subtleness of the silent spacious Awareness that you truly are.

Try to wear black in nature ❤. Since age 13 I am drawn to purple. All shades from rosé, lavender, berries, Magenta.. All shades of purple, pink. It feels feminine and magical to me. The lighter shades like dusty rose and lavender are for comfort and the darker shades for feeling magical. More pink ones for feeling joung and joyful. I choose the shade by my mood. Also Pink with a splash of orange are the happiest color combo for me! Also used in India 🙏. I also like to wear jade green for attracting money energy. 🎉

Hey Christina - thanks for the video. The universe is filled with vibrations. And the different colors come from different wavelengths, or frequencies/vibrations. Those vibrations do affect us. Blue is my favorite color. It just feels like "home" to me. I have worn brown shirts a few times in the past and never liked the way they looked and if felt like they actually brought my mood down, so I never wear brown anymore. It is also interesting to see how different musical frequencies and vibrations affect us. Especially when you get into harmony and how different notes combined together can have different effects. I love that you mentioned music - since in my heart I will forever be a musician, I cannot agree more! I experimented with this so many times and I find it so fascinating that each note that has its frequency is connected to a certain color as on the spectrum we know today. I actually love wearing black, but as I mentioned, it always makes me feel entirely different inside and results in something happening around haha. Blue used to be my fave for a looong time - cannot go wrong with that! 🟦

I used to be attracted to black clothes, dark colors.. Now I am attracted to light colors, neutrals and light blues and greens. what does this mean from a spiritual standpoint?!

My house is orange on the front and the back! And I live in the Netherlands and orange is a national color because the surname of our royal family is Orange! I meditated a few years ago and somethimes I saw purple/blue colors. My favorite colors are red, green and turquoise.

You did not mention about the state of colourlessness.For example,the clear quartz crystal's healing properties.The colour black has positive aspect too.This is the reason why the main deities in South Indian temples are made from black granite stones.You said the colour white has no healing properties.But it is a colour associated with Sarasvathy Who is identical to Savitri the healing ray of the Sun.

Yes, but I talked about colors we wear :) the deities in the temples are very powerful and they absorb the positive energetical field around them, but as we walk out, we aren’t a deity and we are no longer in the protective field of the temple thus we will get effected 🌘

hello beauties! ✨ha its funny because even I noticed wearing it lately more often than before! I mentioned it here already but with pink it depends on the hue because it comes from red - closer to red it can be too harsh, but softer pastel tones are similar to green and are equally connected to heart chakra, which means they have feel healing and symbolize self-love (maybe that's what we need nowadays), also pink is known for stimulating appetite, which can be good sometimes, especially in days when we feel gloomy and have no vigor in us!

thank you! no, ofc it is not bad, these are just guidelines but each one of us have our own essence and we have to look also at the character of the person, the surroundings etc. However, I am a firm believer of observing and I do that a lot with myself and people close to me, so try to do this - when you wear certain colors, observe how you feel and what happens around you. I have a black amulet that always makes me feel super strong but something funky always happens :)

Why does black make me feel confident?. I feel like I have better focus in black b/c it does not distract me whereas other colors do. Why is it considered a power color?

I think, as always it depends on your inner world as well. Some people get affected more by certain frequencies than others. There is a psychological component with every color - we associate black with power and elegance and it usually makes us all look great. However, the property is to soak in what is around it - all energies and that is not always bad, but as I mentioned, we should be more cautious where we go.

That's very interesting! I will be honest, for me now it is the opposite, I got attracted to it like a moth (I mostly wear neutral colors now like white black beige ochre etc.), black I find it as a part of me, but on the other hand, I am much more aware of when I wear it and why I wear it and I think that's the key.

Pink depends on the hue a lot, some are closer to red, which can be too dramatic, the softer pastel ones are closer to the properties of green - they are healing and connected to our heart chakra and innocence.
