Lovely, and this reminds me of Margaret Paul's work-- Six Steps of Inner Bonding.. Step 2 is to choose your intention- a. choose to learn what is loving to yourself or b. choose to avoid pain with some kind of controlling behavior (judging, addictions, be in your head, etc) Love to see TKH and Inner Bonding merged:) Thanks!
