I think I too am in the “past” spiritual state. After many years of absorbing the wise words of the spiritual movement, I just woke up! Lol, I was watching a video and realized what was being said actually didn’t make any sense! I believe I am a spirit in a human body , but now I am no longer interested in the constant growth. Maybe my age, but at this point the focus is just on living. I am ok with pretty much everything, that’s a good place to be. Still “stuff” to figure out, but instead of it being a mission , it’s just living life!

An authentic spiritual teacher or guru will always tell you to honor your story, honor your humanity, and honor everyone and everything in your life. Otherwise, it is just spiritual bypassing. Although i had a radical awakening decades ago, I spent close to thirty years as a seeker. The weight of seeking became so heavy, in 2016 I dropped everything. I let all the practices go. The moment I did that, recognition of the Self/Enlightenment occurred. Your true nature is so obvious and simple it is overlooked, especially if your attention is on seeking. 🙏💜 Thank you for sharing. Much appreciated Annie.
@anniepaquette4 ай бұрын
Thanks 'you' for sharing that Julie. My sentiment exactly. I really believe that once we let go of seeking, we make way for our true self. Interestingly, that's the content of the short posting later today!💗

We are in this plane of existence to experience a journey in the physical realm, just like you explained so well bringing up the example of a trip to Disney World, lol, its exactly that. To disconnect or detach from this illusion in order to get into a state of oneness, rebirth, awakening or enlightenment as some refer to it, isn’t all that simple for a various amount of reasons. It requires a lot of inner work in order to overwrite our mental programming, something that would allow us to reboot our brain so to say. This is where most people get stuck or face limitation in their personal progress along the path. To make it even more complicated humanity is plagued by mental malware programs which goals are to hijack our identities, any religion which involves submission falls under this category of malware program. Even for none believers this aspect remains a very difficult obstacle to overcome and discard from. To linger in a higher state of consciousness, to experience the jolt into Oneness, to experience your true nature is of course remarkably unique and inexplicable a thing to experience, still, most ignore the fact that they will also feel what it’s like to linger inside an adult kindergarten, lol, in other words, ones the bliss settles down whilst having no desire to pursue anything, one will also realize to be in a somewhat boring spot, which is fine and very much ok, still, its is boring, lol. You touched some very valid points in your video, and you are absolutely right when saying people shouldn’t get to serious about chasing enlightenment. ❤
@anniepaquette4 ай бұрын
I really like your idea of "mental malware programs" being out there. And it's very interesting that you bring up getting bored. I certainly am that way and sometimes feel I create a little drama because without feeling deeply, life is...boring. And, someone else asked in a comment in another video, Does anyone else feel overwhelmed AND bored? Thanks so much for your thoughtful comment. 💗🤗💗

Dear Annie - just found your channel and love to hear you talking - but I must honestly confess - this life here - is more like living in hell - no disney world adventure at all for people like us - my severe disabled husband without being able to communicate anymore - no language, no writing - severe brain injury since about 21 years now - me being his only caregiver - married for just 2 years only - when his terrible accident happened - toxic family upbringing for both of us - so called friends are leaving - can´t stand it to see our misery and his pain at all - so here we are - just the two of us - separated from the outside world and its people - and its no fun at all. Thank you for sharing your point of view.

I have thought the exact same thing recently as well!! A somewhat conscious choice, (more like f it) I have actually relaxed the spiritual growth side to embrace and essentially surrender to the human experience. I started questioning why. If I come from consciousness and will return to it, why am I trying to be it while I’m here? … what is the point of being here then, why not just stay there? It is freeing when I can just be me. I’m also finding myself rebelling against societal expectations which is interesting. Maybe it’s something acquired with age. I love the DisneyWorld analogy… it makes perfect sense.

Lately I've been thinking about how I am a human being this lifetime and I came here to live this life I'm living on planet Earth. Spirituality helps me feel more in tune with good vibes, and I find it very useful for that, but I am still here to bumble through my life while making mistakes all over the place. I'm here to learn in a multiplicity of ways and as long as I'm living this life that's my journey. I'm supposed to feel all the feelings - including the icky ones. I'm supposed to feel left out this lifetime, and I'm supposed to struggle to get through each day. I can accept that better sometimes more than others. I'm supposed to work through my anger and angst about it all. That's what I came here to do. I'm doin' it. I'm happy I found your channel. In this universe human beings and animals and zillion other living and non living things share this universe .all the others except humans live their life span experience events and die but we humans make our life experience on this universe as difficult for us as possible and have decided to live a miserable life!!!think about that!we don’t want simple and uncomplicated life so we have created our society in such a way it’s unbearable for people to navigate our individual lives and in the end we all die for sure!and death is simple you stop breathing that’s it.There is no compromise or any deal given by this universe or some higher power! So things are the way they are let’s everyone of us live our lives as it unfolds every day with peace within us which brings beauty to our lives and not take it as a competition to win .let’s stop racing. But simply LIVE without attaching magnificent meaning to life as it’s a make belief ! Life is a CONSTRUCT!

We are spirits (our true selves) who exist in a perfect world (the Spirit World, Heaven, Beula Land, Eternity, or many other names given by all the earth's religions. Our spirit always was (no beginning-always will be, eternal) We choose to take a part (incarnation) to become an actor on this imperfect stage called the physical world. We all bring with us a mission to improve this imperfection, but many forget this aspect, due to the fact our 100% spiritual intelligence is reduced to barely 3%! The spirit part of us is in a biological machine (the body) of which our spirit literally holds together...this is termed the sub-conscience, the physical (personality) the conscience, which dominates our lives. In dreams; OBEs; NDEs, when the spirit leaves the body and for a time, is our true self...sleep is the other one, sometimes called the "Little Sister of Death". Death is the separation of the physical case, returning to our true existence, our spirit self. In our earth experience, we take on an adventure of good, bad, love, hate, relationships, problems...a kaleidoscope of situations, not in the perfect spirit life. Yes, earth life is an adventure...and above all our main mission is to eventually lift the imperfect human existence to the spiritual level! We all choose this rocky adventure with that in mind...very difficult...as humans, we fall to many temptations...especially the devils of POWER & GREED! This is the HELL, not the "other side"! Over there, we will all have reparations to make, as we will choose to do so, working as sprit guides to try to impress those incarnated, as we were. We all have these spirit guides surrounding us every moment. Ever get an impression or idea with a loving thought or idea to make a difficult situation better? Thank your spirit sub-conscience, or "small inner voice"...your guides at work!!
