@@revinar5838 I am ashamed of what I use to believe because I devoted myself to it now I look a fool. I went through a lot of humiliation when I lost my faith in God. I don't criticise anyone's religious faith because everyone has their reasons for why they believe what they believe. Atheists, Christians, Muslims, and even Catholics are all justified for what they believe. Empathy is important.

@@tez817 I don't critize anyone either. Perhaps looking into Buddhism would help you. Simply put, living in the past often causes us depression/shame and living in the future causes anxiety. Put your emotions aside for a second and tell me...does feeling like this honestly aid you in a positive way? I'm guessing the answer is no. Now, it's time to focus on the now, follow what you wish, grow and focus on the present. It is what matters. I often lived in the past missing things and people once where in my life, things I wished I had done different. Buddhism showed me that this thinking only causes me unnecessary suffering that isn't constructive and hinders me; there's no point for me to torture myself like that. Always meditate as well. Take care!

He gave a great answer. I would just like to add that I am in a similar situation. Ultimately, your spiritual path happens inside you and doesn't depend on what the people around you do. You may even notice with time that you become more open & accepting with your partner, because you find such freedom inside yourself. Then it becomes less important what they do, but how you react to them. Where you learn most is right here in your daily life, doing daily things with people you care about. Hey Koi look i am 14 and always I was different from my generation i loved animals (I am guy) an I was always against bullying or egos, and I wasn't looking at people's by they religion. What's helped to me to be like that is that my Mom is Catholic and Dad I Orthodox (if u don't know that are almost same region both belives in Christ but it have little changes) Im living in place where more then half people's are Orthodox and they hate Catholics, so I decided to believe in universe, then I found you and you make my life better I think I found my self but I can be better. Ty you so much 😘😘😘😘. And I want to be vegan but my parents are gurmans so they won't allowed me to be vegan. I saw you on YT before one year but you seemed to me like an freak but last week I watched your video about Astral projection and started to wacht you all day long and in this short period I learned a lot about life tnx to you and I accepted you like my guru or should I said Buda (because you are first person who I meet who is like me). Great video..I'm forging my own path. My faith is in God so I worship him and read my bible. But I also see merit in the Buddha's teachings. I pray the rosary but I also love crystals and tarot/oracle cards. I have an interest in mediumship also. I love both Zen meditation and centering prayer. I am new to being spiritual rather than religious and it is enriching my life. I feel happy and fulfilled on my path.

Hi Koi, I wanted to ask you a question. I did a sound healing seminar & really wanted to get some more clarity. During my journey I had visions of Shakti. I didn’t know anything about her really or what she even represented. She just appeared to me and brought me a feeling of peace & love. She only appeared to me whilst the instructor was singing. I didn’t even know what the language was. Upon research I saw that Shakti was a Hindu goddess & the language the instructor was singing in was Hindu. I’m not sure if she appeared to me as a spirit guide or if it was something else. I just want to have a little more clarity about my journey & I figured you’d be the one to ask. Please help me understand this more!

Remember that you’re not alone. You’re never alone. Have you tried meditation? Please don’t allow yourself to get too lost in your own thoughts. Be still and recognise the divine beauty in everything. You should watch a lot more of Koi’s videos if you haven’t already. And others, KZbin is such a big place you can learn almost anything. Try listening to spiritual teachers on here, like Alan Watts, Terrence McKenna, Ram Dass.

Cool stuff. All the things you’ve mentioned are insights I’ve picked up later on in my spiritual journey, although I think I’m still a little new to it at least in this incarnation (5-6 years). I myself have fallen in the Buddhist ego trap too and realized I had a limited understanding of the dhamma until I let go of that label and began looking into other paths (Sufism, advaita Vedanta, taoism, gnostic, Platonism, Kabbalah)

Hi, I'm confused about letting go of my ego self. I have tattoos, and put effort in to my physique, appearance and clothes so I'm attractive to women. I see that you engage in these behaviours too and put effort into looking good, is this not attaching your ego self to a concept of being a 'cool hippie dude'? (As I myself do!) Without wanting to sound rude, it seems like you yourself also have an idealised ego concept that you have not let go of. You always look well presented, and your video link pics are portrayed in aesthetically pleasing ways that must take time and effort, to portray yourself as attractive and interesting. I think the reason that he does this is because his main source of income is KZbin. and to get views on KZbin, things such as nice presentation and thumbnails are essential. I see where you're coming from though. It does seem fishy that he puts so much time and effort into his "Koi Fresco" character meanwhile he's telling us not to do that ourselves.

Kriya yoga school is more practical with less teaching but they have few books like bhagatvat gita but kriya yoga meditation is the main practice followed and you can find more spiritual people.

MY Spiritual Awakening Journey started back in Nov 2013 when the Lord raises the Spirit from death to LIFE feeling like Jesus Resurrection & the Spirit Mouth just can't stop uttering out to God "Daddy Daddy!" HE comes to teach ME the Holy Scriptures & WE have Holy Communion every morning dressed in complete WHITE for a month so much JOY! Got a slipped could not walk that's how it kept the Body at home for a month! Then HE brought ME to Honeymoon like Marriage WoW that's so AMAZING! I consciously knew ABBA & JESUS are sitting beside ME in the flight to Melbourne Great Ocean Road to Boracay to Seoul to Jordan to Holy Land to Sapporo during the 1st 3 years so sweet in Remembrance of the 1st 3 years of MY Spiritual LOVE Awakening Journey before the opposite Polarities came ...it's completely different experience! Thank God IAM still ALIVE giving the space to share those beautiful Spiritual experiences here thank you❣️

Reflecting on this video 1 year after, do you have anything to add/change to the advice you're giving for young spiritual seekers? Do you still hold the same beliefs? Do you still believe in this 'Trinity' of mind, body and emotions? Do you still view the body as an existing vehicle you use to transact with the world, but at the same time is not the real YOU? In other words, do you still see the body as a physical entity that exists...but is only a part of your true Self? Or have your beliefs changed about this?
