I listen to this every time my girlfriend gets me in a bad mood, because I never do anything right in her eyes.... the more I think I'm helping her, the more it's all incorrect in her eyes. So instead of yelling at her and telling her she is an ungrateful and miserable human being, I turn to this video. It always help me. Thank you.

You have a choice. You can see pain, negativity, stress or you can look at things with the lens of optimism, gratitude, hope, resilience, and purpose. Changing your performance by changing your beliefs

Very nice, I agree there is a neglect in how we are educated, both in youth and adulthood. There is a limited process/mindset that is taught so we see less than the truth, a limited reality. This will help re-educate people at any age.

Eric Butterworth is marvelous. A continuation of the Christ Consciousness. I know he has passed away but he lives forever in the minds of all. "You always have a choice" to believe or not.

no amout of external laws can set a man free. man is solely responsible for his own freedom by the thoughts he deliberately choose to think amd feel. mans mind is supreme intelligence even when he is unaware of it. man is cosmic law made manifest

Why is his voice so vastly different here than any other audio I can find of him? Just curious 🧐
Wow, I'm not sure where to begin. I guess the title, "You Always Have A(a) Choice". First off, philosophically, you are off to a horrible start as you use the term "always". Always is an absolute and absolutes are very tricky things in philosophy. You have probably heard the term "there are no absolutes" and this is said with such conviction in philosophy, even flying in the face of non-contradiction thinking, as to illustrate to those who use terms like "always" that there is close to a 99.9% chance they are wrong fundamentally already. Second, "have", nit-picking for fun here but sometimes you had or even will have a choice. Thirdly, "Choice".....admittedly troubling and the only word of the title that truly interests me. What is choice? Do we measure it in quantities? Does having more choice mean more than having less? Can something happen to you to remove choice? Are there conditions where choice is so limited or coerced that it is reasonably removed? Are you freely reading this right now? Much like the use of "always" I believe, as do those I have studied, that choice is oft an illusion. An illusion that provides warmth and comfort but little truth. Considering the context of this channel though I see you are familiar with *that* concept already.
