I like these interviews with John where all the focus is on him and his teachings and thoughts. You don’t see the camera switching back-and-forth from the person asking John questions (which nobody is interested in hearing anyway, the interviewer’s opinions) but the focus is on John. We come to listen and watch John and not anybody else, especially the interviewer asking questions and giving his opinions. And having no background music is another huge plus. Thank you for this.

I love everything John had to say. Over the last year I have really begun to understand the small "Me" and the real "Me". The ego is the small me and consciousness is the real me full of love, acceptance, presence, infinite. I'm still very much attached to my emotions but I feel my spiritual path is learning to be present, accept whatever life throws at me and just know that I belong to the one consciousness which is pure unconditional love and that I will never die. Very easy to say but i guess the challenge of living inside this human body and mind is to break free from our human limitations and get in touch with our true self which is consciousness. Great video!

Yes, you are right John! I no longer prolong my suffering by running to my doctor at every owie. I stopped taking medications years ago. There are a long list of adverse reactions I am vulnerable to. Afterall, I am not a healthy person. I rely on prayer and meditation. Christ is my physician now. I go to Him every time I do not feel well. Sometimes He heals and other times He lifts the pain and discomfort of physical afflictions. I look forward to the day I rise beyond the stars. I no longer have the need to feel safe or for anyone to be concerned about saving my life. I do not need them to prolong my suffering, for I myself no longer do that. When the day and hour enters that my body lays and my Spirit resurrects and transitions, it is going to be the happiest day of my life to finally return to the Kingdom of stillness and be wholly free. I look forward to returning home where illness, discomfort, destruction and corruption does not exist. I am grateful that I winged myself from doctors and hospitals because they are no longer God's angels. Many of them have turned to the demonic way of thinking in how they now treat or do not treat their patients. It is very sad to hear the horror stories patients go through with their physicians. So many people rely on them. But you see, this phase is part of the awakening process and self-healing is part of awakening. We have the power invested inside to self-heal with Christ. Years ago, I learned to be like the trees and humbly live in the here and now, and accept my demise. I love it because it brings me great peace.🙏

I find anxiety to strongly grip my life generally meditation is recommended but as someone with you experience with meditation what would be the best way to approach the practice when you feel anxious and struggle to stay still?
@dorothywarren14413 жыл бұрын
Perhaps not to be alone with your meditation at least to begin with. Most likely you can find a group, more than likely Buddhist, as they are so good at free meditation classes. And you won't end up a Buddhist (unless you discover that's your path) but hopefully some support from like minded seekers. Meditation is so much more though than a help with anxiety etc. You may open a door to much more than you bargained for. Good luck.
