If im taking a comcentrated elctrolytes daily and spirulina and chilorella tabs can i get side effects from too much ofnthe micro nutrients? Thank you

Powder form is the best way too take this. You also need zinc in your diet if you are vegan

powder makes you gag but spirulina tablets can be taken with water so no nasty taste

Chlorella has the highest amount of chlorophyll out of any other living organism in the world. You want chlorophyll in your body, you should def. be taking chlorella everyday.

@Anonymous idk about all of that, i read somewhere spirulina may be toxic as well, but im not entirely sure about this. Chlorella on the other hand, is safe and effective. you should be eating chlorella everyday, and as much as you can - personally i take near 10g a day of chlorella alone, and i have never felt better. i use the triquettahealth brand, its called Bio-chlorella and if you search bio-chlorella on amazon, you will find it. they have 4 stamps of organic on their bottle - its certified organic by 4 different organic certifiers, very hard to get. As for spirulina, i didnt trust it at first but i recently tarted taking it - because it is amazing just as is chlorella. you should consume both, dont believe the scares out there - you will find that about almost everything, even foods that are proven and held the tst of time as being healthy asre being claimed to be toxic. do your own research, and trust your own feelings/gut in this situation. if anywthing, know that chlorella, if sourced from the right places, is extremely important and beneficial to your health.

I use spirulina in my smoothies and juicing have had no probs or side effects.

There’s nothing wrong with spirulina but don’t rely on it for vitamin B 12... it can get contaminated somewhere in the packaging process it’s better to get it Raw, I think

I have been taking spirulina every day for 2 weeks. I was suffering with sinus badly before taking spirulina. Now I have no more nose running and sinus problems. Thank God
